Dear Mr. Atkinson:
Be advised that my firm represents Ian Murphy and his company IAM / Secure Data Systems in relation to the infringing and defamatory postings, publications, and statements made by James M. Atkinson/Granite Island Group on various web pages, web sites, and discussion groups on the Internet. Although it appears that you and Granite Island Group have removed the previously published and posted material from your Value Web/Affinity-hosted web sites, this letter shall serve as a formal written demand that James M. Atkinson and Granite Island Group immediately CEASE AND DESIST from any further infringement of Mr. Murphy’s intellectual property rights and from posting, publishing, or otherwise disseminating any defamatory statements concerning, referring (directly or indirectly), or regarding Mr. Ian Murphy or IAM / Security Data Systems. Moreover, we demand that you immediately remove or cause the removal of any such material you have posted on other sites or message boards.
Be advised that failure of you or Granite Island Group to abide by this demand will absolutely result in Mr. Murphy and his company having no other choice but to pursue all protections afforded by U.S. and state law through litigation. Obviously, you and Granite Island Group can avoid such a scenario by choosing to abide by this demand.

Injuncition time.

multiple lawsuits have been filed
by these parties to address and once and for all
end the abuse and harassment by Mr. Atkinson and
his band of troublemakers! As each lawsuit is filed and
posted, it will be available here.
This is a group effort to settle the matter once and
for all! Persons and such childish actions and outright theft of property,
trademarks, copyrights, who have defamed and caused
loss of business, loss of goodwill, etc. will not be tolerated by anyone
of good moral or ethical character for any reason!

Additional thoughts!
Why do these 2 so-called professionals hide their real address behind
Post Office boxes and Commerical Mailboxes, Etc. places of
business. Could it be due to the fact that they are trying to hide
from their creditors, ex's, or persons that they have screwed in the past?
Makes you begin to wonder if you can trust someone who
has to hide behind Post Office boxes?
