I contacted an attorney about my problem with SouthWestern Bell Wireless.
SWBW charged me for cellular service after my accounts (I had two) had been
canceled, then sent my name to a collection agency to ruin my credit when I
would not pay the overcharges. My complaint has been forwarded to the Texas
State's Office of the Attorney General and SWBW has cleared my accounts of
all balances due.
