There are two PLA wisconsin sites at the moment, for 715 run by Javo,
and 414 run by Flacid. Another site of interest is the
Wisconsin 2600 site, and their mailing list is of more interest
than the site itself. This, appearantly, is some dude
in oshkosh's site.
