After being in federal custody for almost three years, Kevin Mitnick's case has still not gone to trial. Arrested in February 1995, Mr. Mitnick has been denied bail and subjected to unfair treatment such as refusing him adequate access to the law library to prepare his legal defense and solitary confinement without sufficient reason.
Send a letter to Janet Reno or Judge Mariana Pfaelzer about the civil injustices of this case.
