Apprx. Coords- -96.89063 32.85157 I have been unable to find reliable imagery. USGS imagery shows no building at this address, and although Google's imagery shows a change in the area, I'm skeptical that those nearby buildings are indeed this office. Okay, further research shows that this building was dedicated on Sept 9th, 2003. The original dedication had been scheduled in February, but the Columbia Space Shuttle disaster put that on hold. The USGS imagery is from 1995, but I have no date for Google's imagery, so it may be prior to 2002. FBI Director Robert Mueller spoke at the ceremony, and during his speech he thanked the developer John Harvey, Pres and CEO of the Cowperwood Company. According to Google, this company also built the FBI El Paso field office. From this website we learn:
"Rosebriar Properties Inc., owned by Robert Brittingham, stepped in to solve the dilemma with a 16-acre site in its Stemmons Crossroads project. In addition to a 200-foot setback, the parcel backed up to the Trinity River and was bounded by a creek on two sides, offering the FBI just the security it was looking for."

Dallas RCFL Website- http://www.ntrcfl.org/ Check out the 2003 RCFL Annual Report on their website. From that you learn that the San Diego RCFL developed a "write block recovery" technology that allows them to mirror exactly a harddrive without manipulating and contaminating the data on it. They're probably bypassing the OS and/or kernel by physically removing the harddrive and performing a disk read using special equipment designed to interface with most IDE drives. It also mentions that this office developed case management software called Storage Area Network (SAN) that is used throughout the field.
