MODEL: TS-700A
SUBJECT: REPLACEMENT OF 9V REGULATOR

Replacement of the 9 volt regulator ic (MFC-4060 with MC-1723CL-A and
X43-1250-00 P.C.B. This board comes complete with mounting hardware and
extended leads for easy installation.
      
  PROCEDURE:
  
      1. Remove old IC MFC4060-A Qll
      
      2. Remove R27 1.5kohm (delete,). Replace with wire
         jumper.
         
      3. Remove and reinstall R28 lkohm on foil side of P.C.B.
      
      4. Mount P.C.B. per illustrations (observe lead call-outs
         between X43-1250-00, new P.C.B., and old Qll position
         (X43-1120-00).
         
      5. Reset VR1 for 9.0V measured at power supply output
         terminal.
         
      6. Reset VR2 for 21.0V measured at power supply output
         terminal.
