For reported cases of low transmit power output check the level of the TX
driver transistor Q7 of the Drive unit (X$7-1090-00).  If the TX drive
level is low make the following changes.


          Old Part            New Part
     Q7   3SK97               3SK122(L)
     R36  100 ohms            68 ohms

Time required for this change is 1/2 hour.
