PROGRAMING

1.  Turn power on by pressing PWR for at least one second.

2.  Wait for wake up cycle to end and display to clear.

3.  Within ten seconds press and hold the CLR key while entering
    3 1 1 1 9 1 7.

4.  The SEND key is used to store and increment each step.

5.  The END key is used to complete and exit programing at any time.

0 = Pref/non pref, 1 = Non pref/pref, 2 = Home only, 3 = Pref only, 4 = Non
pref only.
Press CLR to store/exit.
