Hi Rafael, I will upload the 1.99b40 to the bird as soon as I get it. THIS IS THE 736 MOD THAT I USED FOR UO-22 9600 The new filters are CFW455D 20 KHZ, YAESU part # H3900203 Also you can buy the CFW455B 30 KHZ wide filter part # H3900201 The filters can be bought from Yaesu at a cost of $ 4.72 each. You only need one. YAESU Telephone is 1-800-255-9237 then ask for parts dept. The filter to replace on the receiver board is marked on the top of the pc board CF01, which is the FM-WIDE filter Some of the hams have replaced CF02 which is the FM-narrow filter and use the FM-N switch on the YAESU to switch your new filter in and out of the circut. You can hand tune for doppler correction very easy with the CFW455B or the CFW455D filters. Here are the Yaesu 736R mods I used. DISCRIM. connection to the top of R91 on the vertical receiver board on the left side as viewed from the from the front of 736 VARACTOR connection to the top of R32 on the xmit board which is the board that is horizontal on the left side as viewed from the front of 736 I drilled a hole for a 1/8" stereo jack to the back of the 736R in the top right hand corner as viewed from the back of the 736R, to bring out the varactor and discriminator lines. I used RG 174 coax for lines to the 1/8 stereo jack. VARACTOR coax line to the tip connection of the 1\8 stereo jack DISCRIMINATOR coax line the ring connection of the 1\8 stereo jack. Ground the coax shield. I made a cable for the dsp-12 VHF port that plugs into the new stereo jack going to the varactor and discriminator on the 736R for UO-22 I made another cable for the dsp-12 HF port that plugs into the data in and data out jack on the 736R for AO-16 & LO-19 Don't forget to set UO-22 on the dsp-12 menu to VHF on receive and transmit Don't forget to set PACSAT on the dsp-12 menu to HF on receive and transmit If you have any questions leave a message, Hope this helps.
