 RX/TX  137-174 MHz      /       410-480 MHz
  
  
1. Disconnect power & Antenna 2. Remove screws from the top cover (the 
side with the speaker) 6 screws total 3. Looking down inside the top of 
the radio, locate & remove the chip resistor shown in the picture 4. 
Reassemble the radio & reset the Microprocessor
