09.23.98   The first interactive Channel 66 TV Show will be held on the 30th of September at 23:00 CET; programs schedule for that day will change as follows: the Show will last approx. one hour and will be transmitted instead of Video Graffiti and News From The Fringe.  Contact us for more information.

08.17.98   Added a customizable sub-board system to Kr0me BBS.  All user can create their own discussion boards, sub-BBSs with forums and file areas, etc. on our system.
07.24.98   Special announcement: a huge 2-way videoconference will be held on the 3rd of August at 2:00 CET.  Users of Kr0me BBS please download Kr0me Direct 98 from files area if you want to interact with us (real-time), or email us during the broadcast (subject: VCON).  All the messages will be read and commented on-line by our members.  The event will be transmitted on Channel 66 Television and will be retransmitted on Thursday 6 at 19:00 CET.
07.15.98   Channel 66 update: files will be transmitted both on TV and radio.  If you don't have a teletext decoder, you can download the files using any packet radio card (107.1 MHz at 23:50 CET).
07.01.98   News on Channel 66 Television: Synaptik Overload, all days at 23:50 CET - Anyone with a scanner and a teletext decoder and software will be able to download the most exciting files directly from Channel 66 TV for free!
06.24.98   Major system update for Channel 66 Television.  The new repeater operates 5 hours a day (21:00-2:00 CET) all days, on a video carrier input frequency of 427.250 MHz AM (1250 MHz FM) and an output frequency of 439.250 MHz LSB (1280/915 MHz FM), modulated to allow reception by portable receivers.  Both video and audio identification signals are transmitted every 10 minutes when not transmitting (morse: 439.250 FM) and once every 30 minutes between 21:00 and 2:00.
06.16.98   Special announcement: The third annual Kr0me Congress will take place on June 21-23.  The event will be transmitted on Channel 66 Television and Radio and will be retransmitted on August 1st.
06.03.98   New release on Kr0me BBS: a cryptoanalytic tool for breaking "watermarked" images (steganography), now available for download in files area (both versions for Win32 and Linux platforms).
06.01.98   Kr0me Corp has now its own site (for our members only).  The whole Kr0me BBS archives and our Tripod pages have been mirrored as well.
05.29.98   Our second videoconference (2-way) will be held on the 1st of June.  The event will be transmitted on Channel 66 Television and will be retransmitted on Friday night.
05.14.98   From now on all our security advisories will be published in our mailing list only.  Archives will be stored on Kr0me BBS as gzip files (text and/or source code).
05.11.98   Any password/hash generated via unix crypt() function can be cracked in just a few minutes using new cryptoanalitic approach.  Publicly accessible passwd files security (hence their root password) is compromised.  Executable-only version will be released upon request, no source (advisory: PWC9805.1).
05.03.98   Kr0me NetFrag for Linux is now available for download in files area.
04.28.98   Found vulnerability in SNMP version 2.  Released exploit code (source only) for Linux and Windows NT (advisory SNM29804.1).
04.11.98   Kmem flaw exposes Solaris 2.x systems security, exploit code available.  Full details can be found in advisory KM9804.1.
03.19.98   Found network security problem concerning xauth.  Technical info released, no source code yet (advisory: XW9803.1).
02.17.98   Discovered new vulnerability in the NT 4.0 SMR system.  Released full exploit info & source code for Windows 32 bit platforms and Linux 2.x.  Archive has been labeled SMR9802.1 ("advisories" section).
01.24.98   Our mailing list is now available to all our BBS users.
12.19.97   Added outbound telnet access to Kr0me BBS.  The internet gateway service is not available via packet access yet.
11.01.97   Kr0me BBS is now a private BBS, featuring access through six 33.6 KBPS dialup lines and a new packet radio gateway.
08.30.97   Discovered vulnerability in Secure Electronic Transaction protocol.  Released detailed exploit info, plus a short introductory text about Certicom's "Elliptic Curve" encryption scheme.  Archives have been labeled SET9708 (exploit) and ECR-CCOM (encryption).  Both moved to "advisories" section.
