I hope that you have configured Smart Check well, ifyou haven't then do it. I want to reccomend Eternal Bliss's Visual Basic Cracking Part 2 - Smart Check usage for everyone. That text containd configuration ans stuff. But if you dont want to do that then do this first..

Under Program Settings:-
Error Detection: "tick" all boxes except "Report errors immediately".
     Advanced: "tick" first 4 boxes.
                       Make sure "Suppress system API and OLE calls" is not "ticked".
Reporting: All boxes "ticked" except for "Report MouseMove events from OCX controls".

Now when you have configured SmartCheck so open the crackme in smartcheck and run it. Now will the crackme start and you are filling in the inforamation, i write this.

And click on the OK button. Now you will get the mad message box on the screen, don't click on it. Just stop the Crackme in SmartCheck and NOW SMARTCHECK!!
In the code field so can you see this "+ Command1_click" Mark this line and go to "View" and select "Show All Events" and now will you standing in a sea og Visual Basic Code. Click at the "+" sign before "command1_click" and now are you in the compare routine og the crackme. At the four'th line down from "Command1_Click" so can you see this "_vbaStrCmp" and that means "Visual Basic String Compare" and i just love that. Int eh other window so can i see my code and another number, "988535". Hmm, why 988535 well, open the crackme without smartCheck and fill in the information again.

Now have i changed the code to the code that i saw my "fake" are being sompared to. And guuess what. That worx 200% fine.

I was looking at the code in this crackme, and i coudn't fins any Mid or Asc commands and did not find ANY code algo so i tried to change my name and use the same code. Guess what it worx 200% fine.. This crackme sux bigtime..
