2. PCL v. 2.0 in the binary form is free for commercial and non-commercial
use as long as the following conditions are aheared to.

3. Redistribition of library binaries is permitted only in original form.

4. Use of library binaries is free in any software if no modifications
is made and the reference to PCL is displayed.

Licence for library sources:

5. Sources could be given for you only by argeement with author.

6. Redistribition of library sources is prohibited.

7. Any modifications of sources is permitted only if modified sources
will be given back to the author.

8. Use of modified (or not modified) sources is free only in freeware
and shareware programs if reference to PCL is displayed.

9. The conditions of library use in commercial software should be
discussed in addition.
