Subject: Re: Misinformation In DR #26 From: clarkmon@aol.com (CLARKMON) Date: 24 May 1995 00:28:34 -0400 Message-ID: <3pucli$8ds@newsbf02.news.aol.com> Subject: Misinformation about UFO Friendship Camp-out and the Area 51 & S-4 Handbook in Desert Rat Issue #26 It seems that it is necessary to correct the record on matters editorialized upon by Glenn Campbell, the self appointed "expert" and misinformation generator for Area 51. He has now appointed himself official critic of all activites at the Little A 'Le' Inn, even if he hasn't a clue as to what is really going on there. The UFO Friendship Camp-out that will take place at the Inn on May 27, 28 & 29 will feature the followint speakers: Kathleen Ford, Pam Hamilton, William Hamilton, Marsha Johnson, Guy Kirkwood, Jordan Maxwell, Miguel Ribera, Dr. Alan Snow, Dr. Louis Turi, and Bill Uhouse. The price is $100 per person for all three days of the event. Nine meals (served buffet style) are included in the price. One day price is $50 and includes three meals. For more information, phone the Inn at (702) 729-2515. Glenn seems to have a problem with some of the photos that Kathleen Ford has taken near the Black Mailbox. She has taken photos using more than one camera (which are normal cameras such as most people possess) and other persons have also photographed strange structured objects with their own cameras while with her. She uses a flash to add reference points and scale to the photos, but the invisible to the naked eye objects still appear in the darkness when she uses no flash. I have no explanation for the photos she takes, but I am a serious photographer with over thirty years of experience, and I am not willing to dismiss as reflections the massive body of evidence which I have examined in detail. In my book, The Area 51 & S-4 Handbook, I have dedicated the first four pages to outline my experience and qualifications to examine the goings on in Area 51 and the surrounding areas. I moved to Nevada in September of 1993 and began my extensive research, observations, and photography of the base soon thereafter. I moved to Rachel in early August of 1994. My book was published in mid-April, just after the two close-up viewpoints were annexed into the forbidden zone. The new boundaries are indicated on the map on page 59. Glenn moved to Rachel in January of 1993, and published his Viewer's Guide in February of 1993, just one month after moving here. His only prior visit was for a few days in October, 1992. He says that he was formerly a computer programmer in Boston. I would like to know (just as I'm sure that you would like to know) what in Mr. campbell's background makes him feel that he is qualified to control and direct the free flow of information on all matters pertaining to Area 51? Does he have any technical or military background that would explain his almost instant brilliance on the subject? Both Glenn and his good friend Mark Farmer are fast to criticize, draw incorrect conclusions, and misquote statements that I have made. Are they equally inaccurate when it comes to details regarding Area 51? It would seem very likely that that might just be the case! Chuck Clark HCR Box 43 Rachel, NV 89001 U.S.A.
