I was very disappointed after reviewing the entire report, and video's,
concerning the despicable behavior of officer Wicklund! I expected Honesty and
Integrity in this report, but found NONE!!! This is so obviously a grotesque
attempt at a cover up by YOU and your internal affairs protection racketeers,
and IS a very sad, sad state of affairs for the Honest, Law Abiding Citizens of
Green Bay AND the entire United States!

There was no threat of Wicklund's victim going after an officers
weapon! Therefore, there was no CREDIBLE reason for the abhorrent, violent
brutality perpetrated by Wicklund! You have manipulated the facts, manufactured
excuses for Wicklund's behavior and you have CHOSEN to willfully betray the
Sacred Trust of your Family, Friends and Neighbors to protect a known &
proven violent criminal that you knowingly gave a badge to!!!

It is quite clear that We, The People must now rely on each other for
protection from those who have FALSELY sworn to protect and serve We, The
People! This kind of behavior, by law enforcement, is just one of the many prime
reasons for the coming Revolution, and there will be no stopping it now that law
enforcement has willfully and deliberately CHOSEN to betray those whom employ
them!!!

This ONGOING despicable behavior by law enforcement officers has
totally stripped away all of the Trust, Confidence and Respect that We, The
People USED to have for law enforcement, and it will take YEARS for you to earn
it back, if your ego's even allow you to try!!! You have no Honor, nor
Integrity! You do not deserve to were the Badge of Honor, nor the American Flag!
You cannot be trusted in any way, shape, nor form!!! Green Bay is now the most
dangerous city in America because of your Dishonorable behavior!

I will now be seeking out the local militias for any further assistance
with law enforcement issues! YOU ARE OUT OF THE LOOP!!!

If I am approached by ANYONE from the Green Bay police dept. I will
consider it a DIRECT THREAT to my life & the lives of my Family and I will
react to that THREAT immediately with ALL of my God Given, Unalienable,
Constitutionally Guaranteed Rights to protect my Family, Home and Property from
ANY and ALL Threats both foreign and/or DOMESTIC!!!

There will be no further discussion.............................unless
you are willing to restrain your overinflated egos, admit to this cover up and
take your punishment with whatever shred of self esteem that you may still
possess! YOU ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW!!!

THE LAW APPLIES TO ALL, OR IT APPLIES TO NONE! THERE
ARE NO GRAY AREAS, NOR EXCEPTIONS!!!

AS YOU SOW, SO SHALL YOU REAP!!! GOD is watching YOU!!!
