MDTW192.EXE version 1.0 Beta

I have received numerous requests for an MDTW1234 version for 19.2k
RD-LAP, so we have released this untested BETA version.
Unfortunately, there are no 19.2 MDT users in our area, which is why
we can't test it.  If you live in an area with 19.2k RD-LAP MDT users,
try it out and let us know if it works.  Updates will be posted to the web
site.

Obviously, this program requires a data slicer interface and a tap off
your receiver's discriminator chip.
