Officer Casper was raised in the Town of Campbell and is a 
2006 graduate of Logan High School. In 2010, he graduated with a Bachelors 
Degree in Criminal Justice from Viterbo University. He attended the Western 
Technical College Police Academy and is also a certified EMT-Basic. Officer 
Casper currently works part-time with the Campbell Police Department and 
full-time with the Trempealeau Police Department. He has also worked for the 
City of Eau Claire Police Department. Officer Casper was hired by the 
Campbell Police Department in 2012. In his free time he enjoys 
spending time with his family, road trips and running.
