WavePOINT

WavePOINT is a transparent media access control (MAC) bridge that provides access for WaveLAN equipped computing devices into wired local area networks (LANs). With WavePOINT, WaveLAN workstations can be added quickly and easily to an existing wired network.
WavePOINT is a key component for a complete facility-wide infrastructure for wireless connectivity, where (mobile) workstations have access to information anytime, anywhere.
