Donofrio Obama Case Denied by Supreme Court

Global Zionist puppet Barry Soetoro, AKA Barack Obama, is now one more step closer to the White House.

In what has to be another giant slap in the face of America and what’s left our US Constitution — The Supreme Court of the US will not to hear the oral arguments on the Donofrio case (below) and the Honorable court judges Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas have chosen not to say why they dismissed the matter; right along with the other justices remaining silent.

However, the Philip J. Berg or Wrotnowski v Bysiewicz case is still pending and deals with Obama’s actual birthplace, the birth certificate business and the Indonesian citizenship issue (which I describe elsewhere on my blog) — but after Berg’s case is either listened to and decided upon or once again spat-out, then it’s all over with according to Donofrio’s blog Natural Born Citizen.

Contrary to what the liberal media has tried to make out, the Supreme Court did not “refuse” to hear the case and had the written facts before them for 16 days, but decided to let the issue die by not hearing any oral arguments and rendering a judgement in-writing with their names on it — which is what they did on December 12, 2000 when they cowardly issued an unsigned decision (the first time ever) which stopped the Florida recount and allowed the traitorous Jew puppet, George W. Bush, into office.

Curiously, Justices Clarence Thomas and Antonin Scalia were instrumental in that same travesty, too. In the Donofrio case, they must have been: 1) too frightened about US Negroes going haywire and burning down entire cities or 2) taking orders from their real masters behind the curtain or probably both.

It’s known that the US Supreme Court is under the auspices of the “Pilgrims Society,” the principal Western faction of the Globalist CFR Elite (often called the ”Bilderbergers”) and run by the New York City and City of London Axis of the International Jew Bankers — which also includes Goldman Sachs, arch-financial manipulator of US politics and the big money behind Neocon Zionist lobbying operations like JINSA (Jewish Institute of National Security Affairs).

Now, you might think that this august body would take a few minutes of their precious time to hear the oral arguments and bravely render a thought-out written judgement — one based purely on the facts and Constitutional law — while trying to be politically and socially neutral. Isn’t that what these people took an oath to do?

If you are a White liberal who may have stumbled on to this blog, you need to find some way, somehow to divorce your thinking about Barack Obama himself and particularly all your liberal ideologies about “diversity” and race politics. You need to think deeply on the nature of the forces that have allowed this thing to occur — just who and what kind of people control things behind the curtain and what they really want of us all in the end.

You may try to tell yourself that all this is but a minor thing, it doesn’t mean anything — what’s really important is that Obama was elected, right? Don’t forget what the “Republican” George W. Bush did to the Constitution in the name of “fighting terror” and all that jazz, i. e. the non-stop media propaganda about Al-Qaeda and evil Muslims (which will still go on with Obama, you’ll see).

Because in the end, it’s really not George W. Bush nor Barack H. Obama who are behind all of this. The real powers behind the curtain care nothing for the concept of America let alone for American citizens; which means, each of you — liberal or conservative, Democrat or Republican, Black or White (but Blacks only appear to care about skin color). Deep down, you know this is the real deal, too.

This is just one more ”small thing” that you might feel you can ignore today, but is now quickly adding up till the day you will see that America and any basic citizen rights means ZILCH. The people behind the curtain literally bank on you not having paying close enough attention or have the wherewithal to put two and two together about where they are purposefully taking this country.

Now, of course, they are many serious questions surrounding Obama’s real birth location. But the case of Donofrio v. NJ Secretary Wells, was based on a very simple premise which had nothing to do with whether or not Obama was born in Hawaii. It was on the simple proposition that Obama was born to a father classified as a British citizen which would render his son a “dual citizen.”

Obama people have even admitted to all this by claiming him a “dual-citizen” of the US and Britain which, according to Donofrio, would have precluded Obama from being a “Natural born” citizen as the Constitution requires. As such, Obama would not have met the Constitution’s Article II, section 1, Natural Born citizenship clause. As World Net Daily describes it:

Unlike many of the lawsuits regarding Obama’s “natural-born citizen” status, the Donofrio case makes no allegation that Obama was born on foreign soil. Instead, Donofrio contends Obama was a British citizen at birth,  because of citizenship in a British colony, Kenya.

“Don’t be distracted by the birth certificate and Indonesia issues,” Donofrio writes on his Natural Born Citizen blog. “They are irrelevant to Senator Obama’s ineligibility to be president. Since his father was a citizen of Kenya and therefore subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of Senator Obama’s birth, then Senator Obama was a British citizen ‘at birth.’” Read more here

‘When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.’s children…’ “

Read that last line again.

That’s an admission that Great Britain “governed the status” of Barack Obama, Jr.  Barack Obama has chosen to highlight this on his own volition.

And this leads to the relevant question:

HOW CAN A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN’S STATUS BE “GOVERNED” BY GREAT BRITAIN?

A natural born citizen’s status should only be governed by the United States.  This is the core issue before the Supreme Court of the United States.

The liberal TV media, including the so-called ”conservative” FOX news, obviously bent over backwards to virtually ignore this case or any of the questions whirling about Obama’s birthplace. There was one brief mention last week on broadcast MSNBC, but only on the mere fact of a case coming up before the Supreme Court. The Jew-liberal talking head, David Shuster, laughingly dismissed it all as “black helicopter” stuff and how the case would go nowhere; reporting few specific details and acting like it was so ridiculous that anyone would believe Obama was not properly “vetted” as a US citizen. It was an embarrassing display of just how the arrogant media now treats the American public today.

This smarmy Jew (right), who somehow managed to keep his cushy TV job after refusing to apologize for describing Chelsea Clinton as being pimped out for her mother Hillary, spent more on-air personal time bragging and going on about his “lovely” journalist wife, Julianna Goldman and her softball question to Obama at a press briefing — than he did discussing any real details whatsover of the Obama citizenship case for the American public!

One thing the mainstream media always says about any people who bring up Obama’s citizenship status before the court, is they can’t show where they’ve been harmed by the Obama election — hence they have no legal standing — when the direct opposite is true, every single citizen of the US has a unmistakeable vested interest! The framers of our Constitution intended for America to have the ability to protect our freedoms from selfish alien forces who would seek to take over political leadership through nefarious plotting.

And this is indeed what has happened — alien Jew forces have stolen this country through money schemes, political manipulations and media chicanery. Case in point: Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson fought to stop private Central Banks in the US and look at what has happened to this country since December 23, 1913?

The liberal media has characterized the whole Obama citizenship question as nothing but “conspiracy theory” and right-wing, Internet ”nonsense.” They keep saying everything has been “debunked” when nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, as time has gone on, more and more startling facts have come to the fore that completely buttress the contention that Obama is indeed unqualified constitutionally.

Obama is obviously the liberal darling (I hope you’ve noticed), but this is much, much more. They’ve taken on themselves to purposefully keep this important story buried from Americans who get their news chiefly through mainstream news. They’ve clearly been ordered not to touch this story in any way other than ridicule — precisely the same way they have always handled any 9/11, North American Union or Federal Reserve subjects. This is because the real powers own the media and have been behind Obama-the-usurper since day-one.

All weekend long the media said nothing, only filling up the airwaves nonstop with the auto company bailout business and the OJ Simpson verdict (OJ is the alltime favorite hole-plugging story). While they debate about 30 billion for American manufacturing, they shell out literally hundreds of billions of tax payer dollars to Wall Street and the “Investment” banking class, who pay themselves millions in bonuses while busy consolidating their hold on us debt-slaves, central banking and this country’s near-future.

I ask you with every fiber of my being: What’s wrong with this picture? Why do they spend all this time talking about what you and I both know — a country without manufacturing is a totally bankrupt country in the end? They have fooled us with the “service sector” and “information worker” nonsense for twenty years now. What they really want is for this country to be brought to its knees so as to turn it into an outright slave state and component in their ambition of global governance and power.

Haven’t you had enough of the lies about immigration, Iraq and rip-off banking bailouts by now? Obama is now talking about turning laid-off Americans into socialist construction workers and nary a bleep about plans for the legalized flood of more foreign, non-White workers and their families!

Now, to the few pro-Obama people who may have stumbled upon my blog and have read this so far: You might summarily reject all the business about Obama’s birth business because you’re an Obama and “diversity” supporter, but ask yourself this squarely: If true, and these people can get away with this kind of thing — than what else have they done and will they do to this country in the near future?

Your blind adherence to “diversity” and having a “person of color” in the White House, opens up this country and everyone of us — including yourself — to having a president completely in the pockets of the monied few. If Obama does not toe their line and do what “they” want — those who really own the media that propagandizes him so blatantly — these same global scum can suddenly ”discover” the facts on what the Supreme Court ignored today.

Or if he does toe the line for what these people really want in the end — then what might that be? More Mideast wars that kill innocents and even threaten our lives back home by retaliation? And will we be able to do anything before that point, short of armed revolution or will we just roll over and go along with slavery and our eventual race genocide?

Folks, we are not living in a Democracy. Face it: It’s a Jew Criminal Oligarchy who think they can do whatever they dam well please anymore. They have been in the process of Jewifying America for a long time now and are working hard in Negroizing the White Race — it’s time you admit to this sorry dam fact that’s right before your eyes.

You may call me a “racist,” or a right-winger or a “conspiracy theorist,” or any number of things they now have to label, stereotype and brand White patriots with in America, but of this I am quite certain: What you close your eyes to and ignore today because of the race business, will have ramifications tomorrow.
