1. Obama admits on his website, and parents divorce papers confirm, that he was a British citizen at birth.
2. Anne Dunham had not sufficient residency in the U.S. and wasn’t of sufficient age to confer U.S. citizenship on Barack at his birth in 1961.
3. If he was, in fact, born in Hawaii in 1961, he was a British citizen only, and only under British jurisdiction as a visitor to Hawaii.
4. In 1961 the U.S. did not permit dual citizenship. So even had his mother been of sufficient age and U.S. residency, he could not have gained U.S. citizenship by a Hawaiian birth through her. His Certification of Live Birth could not grant citizenship to a British national.
5. As with any parents who are foreign nationals giving birth in the U.S., and “not under the jurisdiction thereof,” Obama would have to return to the U.S. and undergo the naturalization process, and sign a written citizenship oath to gain U.S. citizenship for the first time. This is exactly what happens to the children of foreign tourists whose children claim citizenship under the 14th Amendment birthright. Citizenship under these circumstances does not constitute being “natural born”.
Therefore, Obama was never a U.S. citizen as a minor, could only become one by naturalization, and if he has not done so, he is an illegal alien like his half-aunt from Kenya.

Look at it this way. All those hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on his legal team in order to keep from having to produce a valid, undeniable birth certificate. That’s all Obama would have to do, just that and the arguments would be over with.

Why are they putting this in our face? Is it to psychologically jade us, piss us off to action, or boister the efforts of minorities and create agitation towards conflict?

I’d like to respond to Lisa’s comments defending F.D.R. He didn’t end the Great Depression. World War II ended the Great Depression. F.D.R. abused executive powers to create inefficient government aid organizations which are still wasting tax-payer money today. Once you create government, its almost impossible to remove it. And he created more government than any other president in history. From a purely economic (and non-partisan) standpoint, he was not the excellent president which (biased) high-school history textbooks say that he was.
Remember, textbooks often reflect the bias of the author. I once read in an econ textbook that its silly to “buy American”. In Japan tarrifs and incentives gaurantee that you buy Japanese. That gave Toyota and Honda the massive budgets required to do extensive R&D that Ford & GM did not do. That gave them the quality control and technology edge. That allowed them to capture the American market, crushed American manufacturing, and turned Detroit into a giant slum. And now, instead of the government deriving income from a successful auto-industry, it is going even further into debt to bail out an inefficient and outdated industry.

As soon as he as either outlived his usefulness or the PTB need a distraction from the economy, the Gaza genocide, the jew sponsored hate bill, or any of a dozen other problems the mossad will take him out. Some poor white dude will take the fall, and conveniently be ‘Killed while escaping’. ( Read Enemies – Foreign and Domestic (Matt Bracken) for just such a scenario). That will trigger a big chimpout among the groids, and once the race war is going good, everybody will forget about the other problems.
When I read libby lisa I figured her for a mudshark. She does talk like a groid, so maybe she’s decided to convert. Kind of a Michael Jackson in reverse. And lisa, the little red underline when you are typing flags a misspelled word. I doubt if Incog’s dictionary includes ebonics, though, but we could ax him. And then there’s always the old standard – proofread.
As the famous saying goes, ‘It ain’t over till it’s over”. Even if bamalama is crowned king of the world, there are procedures for removing him from office and most of them don’t involve a high-power sniper rifle. The challenges to his eligibility won’t stop just because he’s behind the BIG DESK. Hey, maybe Monica isn’t busy.
