Look at this clown. While thousands of American soldiers and Iraqi civilians die horrible deaths in Iraq, George W. Bush seems to be having the time of his life. Here he’s seen dancing with gusto along with the West African Dance Company in the Rose Garden on April 25, 2007, just two days after nine US servicemen were killed in a suicide car bombing. This is but one example of Bush’s complete lack of concern and foolish public and private behavior.
INCOG MAN Book Review:
Vincent Bugliosi’s “The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder”
Vincent Bugliosi successfully prosecuted many murder cases such as Charles Manson and his evil little family back in 1969 and has since written numerous best seller works of non-fiction, such as his book on the Manson trial “Helter Skelter,” ”Outrage” on the OJ murders and on Bush’s election travesty in 2000, “The Betrayal of America: How Five Supreme Court Justices Underminded the Constitution and Stole Your Right to Vote.”
Mr. Bugliosi delivers serious brass tack common sense, hard-hitting truth and honest-to-goodness morality about his subject matter (and pretty easy to read too).
And that’s exactly what he’s done here: He lays into Bush like a speeding freight train for the over 100,000 dead people (but it’s probably much more) who call out from their graves for true justice because of his immoral actions, or lack of any care in the world, from this spoiled son of a bitch.
The short take for this book: Not only should you get the book and read every last word, but you should buy a copy ASAP (but read my review first!). No, Mr. Bugliosi is not giving me any kick-backs, whatsoever, but after the first two chapters you’ll agree with me wholeheartedly. One thing right off the bat — this book is so strong an indictment of Bush that the author had problems finding a book publisher to print it. What’s that say? Thank God he found a brave enough publisher (Vanguard Press) and you should help them by buying the book.
Oh, it’s not perfect by any stretch of the imagination. What is? See the end of this for my criticisms. And I know former White House Press spokesmen Scott McClennan just came out with a book, too. Bugliosi’s book, with his no-punches-pulled style, might be a better buy, but I have yet to read McClennan’s. Funny: You don’t hear one peep out of the mainstream media about Bugliosi’s book versus McCellan’s: A lot of mountains are being made of molehills with McClennan being a traitor to his ex-boss — ironically, the ultimate traitor to us all.
Yep, Bush is shown for what he exactly is, a lying, phony rat of the first magnitude. Not only is Bush a complete moron, but he’s also a real-life Benedict Arnold to this country and it’s people. Bugliosi amply demonstrates this sorry fact by innumerous examples. He starts off the book by showing just how blissfully unconcerned Bush is about anyone having to die horrible deaths due to his exuberant desire to go to war under false pretenses and what a spoiled, elitist and woefully ignorant man he truly is.
While Bush is on vacation in Crawford, Texas (over 900 days of his presidency has been spent vactioning somewhere), he gushes to reporters about his relaxing and fun schedule for the day, fishing with his dog, reading a trash novel and going to a baseball game; telling the reporter it’ll be such “a perfect day.” All the while civilians and soldiers are dying horribly in the height of summer violence in Iraq. This really sets off Bugliosi big-time:
“When I read those last words, I said to myself, ‘No, you son of a bitch — if I may call you that Mr. President — you’re not going to have a perfect day. Or, I should say, you’re not going to have another perfect day as long as you live if I have anything to say about it. Because I’m going to put a thought into your mind that you’re going to take with you to your grave. It’s the least I can do for the young American boys who come back from your war in a box, or in a jar of ashes, and for the thousands of Iraqi men, women, children, and babies who died horrible deaths because of your war. That’s the least I can do.’” [p. 79]
Bugliosi asks the reader to think, really think, about how indescribably horrible it would be to get your child or loved one home in a metal box — often the remains are totally unviewable — and having a president so callous and cavalier about the whole business — one who lied us into it purposefully!
The main point of the book is not Bush’s lack of gravitas and morality, which is abundantly clear he’s lacking in spades, but Bugliosi’s contention, which he backs-up completely, is that Bush committed murder by purposefully lying about this war — to the degree of utter criminality the likes of which we’ve never seen in any president. Because of all his blatant lying in the position of Commander in Chief, our war dead and innocent Iraqi men, women and even babies cry out dearly for the prosecution of this man.
And, in Vincent Bugliosi’s true prosecutorial style, he lays out his case for the reader to come back from the jury room and convict this SOB totally. He shows the reader exactly where the legal precedents are for all this. No, he doesn’t say Bush should be prosecuted in a court of law while sitting as president — Constitutionally he should either be impeached out of office or after he finally, finally leaves office in January 2009.
His case is that Bush violated something called the “innocent agent doctrine” or what the law calls the “vicarious liability rule” and secondly, the parallel crime of aiding and abetting in a conspiratorial fashion. These are not some obscure technicalities, either:
“Title 18 United States Code §2(b) provides: “Whoever willfully causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him…would be an offense against the United States, is punishable as a principal.”
In other words, if Bush personally killed an American soldier, he would be guilty of Murder. Under the law, he cannot immunize himself from this criminal responsibility by causing a third party to do the killing. He’s still responsible.” [p. 88]
Basically, Bugliosi shows us that if I or anyone else, including a sitting US president, were to set-up the conditions that resulted in one innocent party, acting in self-defense, were to kill another innocent party acting under the orders of me or the president, then this would be a totally criminal act.
It would be exactly the same if I told my loyal and hot-headed cousin Vinny to go into a bar, handing him a fully loaded Smith and Wesson and telling him that those in the bar seek to kill other members of our “special family” and all those things I knowingly told my cousin where nothing but BIG FAT LIES to begin with, and can be proven clearly that I knew this to be the case.
In other words, I goaded my cousin into a situation that resulted in him going into that bar with a seriously bad attitude and should any of the bar patrons reacted to protect themselves from my crazed cousin Vinny wielding a gun, it’s not them who are to blame for any acts of self-defense, but my big fat lying mouth!
And the fact that the US Congress granted him powers to deal with it (but did not declare war), means nothing since they, too, where fooled in the exact same way as the people of the US and even the world. In other words, this guy has lied his fat white ass off to everyone around and because of that caused innocent people to die. A lot of people.
Then Mr. Bugliosi goes into the real-life legal precedents for prosecuting Bush for, at least, second degree murder (but thinks Bush deserves first degree charges) in a federal court and of the cases where this kind of behavior resulted in death, even though the perp did not wish to commit murder, but nonetheless did so:
Bush’s taking the nation to war would constitute implied malice, that is, an intent to do a highly dangerous act with reckless disregard and indifference to human life, and hence, at least second degree murder in every state, as well as under federal law. [p. 99]
Mr. Bugliosi then picks apart all of Bush’s possible defense for peremptorily attacking Saddam Hussein which, if true, would exonerate him on the basis of “self-defense.” And boy does Bugliosi totally lay waste to all of Bush and his cronies lying evidence and scurrilous propaganda. This half of the book, by itself, is worth the price, just for the excellent summations of seven years worth of lies. Bush’s reputation in history is toast, my friends.
Like the part where Bugliosi shows how Bush, et al. carefully avoids using the word “imminent,” as in threat from Hussein, in all of their war propaganda speeches and how conspicuously this shows they sought to protect themselves later on down the road. It’s one more small sign of purposeful lying from the get-go. Bugliosi then takes speeches, memos, minutes, etc. that conclusively shows the lies that Bush uttered in public to ramp-up American’s misplaced paranoia over Saddam Hussein.
It saddened me to see how many people still accept Bush’s innuendos about Hussein being in bed with al-Qaeda and having something to do with 9/11, when he knew it was totally false intelligence from day-one. Bugliosi quotes a news poll taken of our troops in Iraq in 2006 that showed 90% still believed this; often writing home about wanting to “fight them over there” instead of in the US — as if that’s even a remote possibility — and getting some “payback” for 9/11. One letter he quotes, with this misplaced patriotism, is from a soldier who would shortly die in a IED explosion and really bummed me out.
Bugliosi also exposes the utter falsehood of Bush doing such a good job combating “terrorism” and how he used the paranoia for sheer political propaganda without the press calling him on it. Interestingly, Bugliosi says that Bush could not have done a worse job — unless “he was in cahoots” with Osama himself! In the months before 9/11, Bush is seen doing ZILCH when “alarm bells were blinking red” in intelligence circles. For instance, Bush and Condoleeza Rice get a CIA memo on August 6th, 2001 that even contains the words “World Trade Center” and “hijacked jets” and pretty much blows it all off. Or so it would seem.
Bugliosi then goes into Bush’s despicable efforts to not even have a 9/11 Commision AT ALL and all the ways he actually hampered it along the way. Bugliosi is totally disgusted by how much this country and the press treated Bush as such a resolute leader in the terrorist fight, but it was all a complete sham to get us to invade Iraq. He shows us Bush’s incomprehensible lack of effort in pursuing Osama Bin Laden in Afghanistan — letting him get clean away at Tora Bora — even pulling out our soldiers to go after Saddam Hussein, who had ZILCH to do with 9/11, which he knew already.
All and all, the book is as strong and blistering indictment of George W. Bush as you’ll get in the mainstream, without going anywhere near Bush’s possible real motives. Even so, I think this book should be read by all Americans and soon. Although not perfect, since he basically ascribes everything to Bush being a complete idiot, with nary a thought in his head (more below), yet Bugliosi delivers elsewhere by clearly illustrating the illusions this country has been under for the last seven years. After reading it, you’ll be sick of the BS, just like me. Buy it and read it ASAP!
Being an “arrogant son of privilege,” born into the world of Global Elite traitors who care nothing about America or the people, is at the heart of this man’s total lack of empathy for the victims of war. Although Bugliosi does not go there — will not touch one iota — even though it’s so obvious now that the Zionists have this murderous clown deep in their pocket.
So, does he name the Jew?
No, not really. Which leads me to the only real criticisms of the book. Oh, he briefly mentions the Jew Neocons Richard Perle, Paul Wolfowitz and Doug Fieth (chief architects of the war, two of which were caught spying for Israel in the past), but says nothing about them being Israel-Firsters and fellow traitors of Bush to America.
Which is kind of sad in a way. Bugliosi has a wonderful first chapter intro on how America needs to open it’s eyes and see what’s right in front of itself. He says “most people only see what they expect to see, what they want to see, what they’ve been told to see, what conventional wisdom tells them to see.” He’s so right, there. Later, he even calls most Americans Sheeple and Walking Dead, who have “memories that last no longer than breath on a mirror.” He gives us continuous examples on how we’ve read this or that but only “go on to the next paragraph,” ignoring the real implications of what we just read. Which is pretty much what Mr. Bugliosi ends up doing himself.
He stays embarassingly away from any Zionist business — he won’t touch it with a ten-foot pole — or anything about 9/11 that’s not directly related to Bush’s behavior on that day. He does tell us how 9/11 was so critical for Bush’s lies to hang on, yet he believes the government version of events completely — even though he’s well-proven everything else to be a lies — out of the same mouths that give us the government version of 9/11 to begin with.
So, I guess the brilliant and hard-bitten Mr. Bugliosi just can’t or won’t wrap his head around the biggest lie of all history. That it could possibly be an inside job is way too much for him to even stop and consider (and would fit in with all of Bush’s lying in the first place). Morever, he slanders 9/11 Skeptics as the “looney far-left,” when truth be told, most 9/11 skeptics are highly intelligent patriots, who cannot be labeled politically left or right (which is all BS, really), and certainly not mentally unsound (see my links on the left for some of these people).
And all this from a man who tells us that circumstantial evidence convicts perps all the time – showing how one piece of circumstantial evidence builds up on another and another, like single characters in a word, finally adding up to spell “guilty.” But 9/11, as an inside job, appears to be quite impossible for Bugliosi to even consider.
And he pretty much gives the legislative branch a complete pass over allowing Bush to lead us all by the nose into Iraq – altogether too simply because of intelligence briefings. He completely ignores the Israel Lobby’s influence in all of this, saying not a dam thing (he did want it published, right?). What’s doubly bad is that while he excoriates the lefty press, he even fails to mention all the ”warm Jews” in all the media outlets who clamored for war against the mortal enemy of Israel (at the time): Saddam Hussein.
Everything is just laid at Bush and his underling’s feet, even after he shows what a moron evidently he is, Bush is somehow able to confuse and befuddle cabinet level people, legislators, the mainstream press and the entire country (Cheney must be some kind of evil Super Svengali, apparently). Bugliosi expects us all to believe that this entire coterie of people went along completely with what Bugliosi hammers you with — simply because Bush was president! Nowhere does he go close to any of Bush’s possible real motives — pretty much writing him off as nothing but a lazy idiot with a silver spoon in his mouth.
But I guess he doesn’t have to explore any of the background reasons Bush did what he did, technically a prosecutor doesn’t have to prove any motive for a case!
His memory is quite selective in all this, too, and his eyes are not as open as he believes them to be; often-times sounding like he’s the only one in the country who sees all of what he sees (his own signature arrogant style). I mean, think about it all here, Vincent. Why did you have so much trouble publishing such a book in the first damn place? Hello? Anyone home? Or maybe he just knows how far he can really go?
So, in defense of Bugliosi, this is a subject that may be too much for even him to broach and still have his book get anywhere in the mainstream or, more likely, in keeping his reputation intact. You have to understand that these guys need to be very careful not to cross over that Jew line without expecting serious repercussions. The Jewish supremacists in the backrooms can and will bring down all manner of tricky troubles for those who dare, even for criticising the sacred cow of all history: The State of Israel.
Patrick J. Buchanan learned this lesson well it appears, from the hardly-reported firestorm he created with Jewry way back before the Bush Sr’s first Gulf war when he called Capitol Hill “Israeli Territory” in 1990, among other things about Zionist war-mongering — right along with the liberal writer and iconoclast Gore Vidal. Buchanan is still carefully eyed by Jewry to this day. Buchanan knows it too.
See, the Jews cannot have the least little attention turned their way, since anything may very well lead on to even more. It’s like the Dutch boy and the dike springing leaks all over. That’s why they have so many infiltrating the mainstream media and full-time people like Abe Foxman of the ADL or even the lowest of trolling Jews who monitor INCOG MAN (yeah, you) — all instinctively and completely dedicated to shutting up anyone who dares broach the smallest of Jew or Zionist issues.
And nothing is out of the purview for them to raise holy hell about. Even history research must be watched and controlled by these people. That’s why we have so much BS about the Holocaust™ or anything really about WW II history, even today.
You can see all this in the current writings of Buchanan. He adroitly stays just this side of the “naming the Jew” line. Oh, he dances up and over the line briefly now and again, but only when he can absolutely get away with it (stuff that no one could possibly contest). And the Jews know well his history and wordsmithing skills. That’s why Jews are trying to nail his butt on other things such as being a ”Nativist” and a ”Xenophobe” or whatever new term they come up with.
You can clearly see all this in the following list of books (you should read them, too). Read Buchanan’s “State of Emergency” and follow it up quickly with Petra’s book “Rulers and Ruled” and you’ll see the line to our “allowed” public discussions; a line that the INCOG MAN now terms the “K-T Boundary,” which stands for “Kosher Tyranny” — the demarcation line for Jew no-no talk.* Trust me, these big-named writers know this line well:
Close to being a problem for the status quo and thought to be total freedom of the press by the public:
The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder– Vincent Bugliosi State of Emergency – Patrick Buchanan
K-T Boundary (Kosher Tyranny limit)
True freedom of the press, but suppressed or marginalized by the PC police or Zionist attack apparati of Jewry, of which the general public is mostly unaware:
Rulers and Ruled in the US Empire – James Petras The Israel Lobby – John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt Jewish Supremacy — David Duke
Although mainstream news media is under the sway of the lefty PC police, Jewish supremacists and the Zionists, but fortunately Book publishing is not quite so controlled (they can’t own everything you know, but are trying). Books that deal with the Jewish Question and the PC status quo will get advertising ”problems” and no reviews will appear in important periodicals, such as the NY Times, unless the street talk about it is way too much to ignore. Look at how the managed to get Harvard professors Mearsheimer and Walt’s book on the Israel Lobby classified as “conspiracy theory.” But it’s usually possible to get something into print (if it’s worthwhile and the publisher thinks he can make some money and not get sued). Even if it names the Jew.
Let’s just hope that some brave Federal or State prosecutor in some state that lost sons and daughters (all of them) has the guts and where-with-all to press charges on this SOB, if and when he gets out of office. It appears clear that our Congress and Senate are not going to do one dam thing about impeaching this man and never would in the first place.
In fact, it’s said that Democrat Nancy Pelosi (married to a billionaire Jew and possibly a crypto-Jew herself) and other corrupted Israel Lobby tools (Democrats and Republicans) have used underhanded tactics to impede Impeachment efforts, such as secretly warning members of Congress that should any proceed in this regard, campaign financing will mysteriously dry-up and other efforts will be made to see they lose any future reelection bids. They supposedly threatened Dennis Kusinich with doing this (which he resisted and has now introduced Articles of Impeachment). But it’ll never happen. Thanks Jews!
Anyway, go out and buy Bugliosi’s book. The only things I did not agree with are pretty much what we’re used to, these days. But you’ll definitely get extremely angry about the man who calls himself president, all the lies and even the stupidity of our country that’s been milked for all it’s worth by Bush and his traitorous ilk. I did and I even voted for the guy (which I hate to admit, by the way).
— Phillip Marlowe, The INCOG MAN

Oh yeah, Bush is going to hate this book – big time!

There is a big difference between Zionists and Jews.
The modern State of Israel is not the same as the true Israel, which is Jewish people spread across the world who may have nothing to do with the policies of the Zionist state. It is sad that the State of Israel has confused itself with being Jewish, and has thus contributed mightily to anti-semitism.

Yes, Mr. Cohen you have a good point.
These very same Zionists have created the Holocaust mythos (the gassing part) that not only has befuddled and rendered guilty the white race, it has instilled a healthy paranoia in Jewry in general, that’s why so many Jews go along with the whole lying ball of beeswax and turn a blind eye to it all.
They are so afraid of being called “self-hating Jews” but most especially the prospect of America becoming the Fourth Reich that they are inadvertantly contributing to the exact thing they most fear! For all of us.
And I hope others coming here read your comment because it’s true. It’s really just the Jewish supremacists (usually Zionists but not always) who are screwing up big time!

Excellent review, Incog.
Not to get too far off topic of your review, but I did want to respond to the comments by Mr. Cohen above.
Mr. Cohen does indeed make a keen and valid point about the difference between Jews and Zionism. But my question for Mr. C. is, how many Jews are willing to come out against the Zionist policies of Israel? I suspect that the percentage of that particular segment of the Jewish community is extremely small. Further, Mr. C is correct to state that these Zionist policies that are fueling anti-Jewish sentiments.
Just like this asinine War in Iraq is fueling anti-American and Western anger and resentments. George W. Bush, as well as every single neo-con who actively pushed for this invasion of a sovereign nation should be arrested and brought up on charges of murder.
And I’m not trying to be overly dramatic here. They are in charge, they pushed for this war, they lied, manipulated and covered-up. THEY ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS TRAGEDY.
It is they who are responsible for the blood of our innocent young service men and women and the lives of so many innocent Iraq civilians including the untold tens of thousands of women and children.
And the same goes for all government officials who have allowed the illegal invasion of OUR country by Mexicans who come here and rape, murder and kill OUR people in DUI’s. These same politicians are well aware of the death statistics caused by illegal aliens and stood by and did nothing, or, in many cases, encouraged it.
They are just as guilty of murder as the Bush Administration.

People , in general do not care about who is Jewish or who isn’t. Look back int he 60′s 70′s and 80′s and see not much of anti-semitism as like later. People do not born to be anti-semites. They become one, once they figure out , just what is going on really. After crimes and lies commited, people start to look into more who they are looking at more closely, and sooner or later, they want to know motive and personality and the more they look into it, the more Jews they will find. It is still fine to the point, when they realize, of just the proportion and ratio. You get the world population’s 0.02% (The Jews) the culprit in many things and it kinda jumps out into your face. Many of them will realize, that this is not a coincidence, all they have to do is to look back in history and find overwhelming amount of information and start wonder, why is this race has been prosecuted/expelled for one thing or another, and even though these people who figure out these things might not say it openly, but they KNOW it and they will watch out for anyone who is Jewish. This is the root of anti-semitism, and it has nothing to do with hate or the religion. It has everything to do with what the Jews do or done. Fine, you got jews who got no idea about anything and brainwashed or don’t care about anything just like many gentiles and has nothing to do with what goes on, but on the other hand, these radical zionist jews will drag them along as a cover and throw the anti-semite card on the table , effectively enraging the rest of the jews as well with this move. So in a summary, Zionist radical parts of Jews effectively using the entire Jewry of the World to protect /claim/win position and soon it will come to an end, no matter what happens. You can’t build a castle out of lies and deceit, and you can only lie for a given amount of time. It’s just the law of this world, that can’t be changed.
So I’m telling now, whoever Jewish person is reading this, get out of this boat you are in a timely matter, because it’s already sinking, and sinking fast and will drag you down to the bottom, regardless what you think or how you feel. You have the option to expose your own people who not only trying to deceive the world (and failing) but also deceived you. Keep up with the Zionist crap and you won’t need no Ahmadijenad or Iran, you will effectively destroy yourself from within and taint your own kind even more, right front of the world’s eyes. I am no Messiah and I don’t have to be one to tell you this, it’s up to you what you want. The new Holocaust won’t come from the Nazis and neither the Persians, it comes from you and only your own actions, just like the last one.

“God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion…. And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms…. Mainstream Media keeping silent over Bugliosi’s book:
http://iht.com/articles/2008/07/06/business/BUGLIOSI07.php
“As a Los Angeles county prosecutor, Vincent Bugliosi batted a thousand in murder cases: 21 trials, 21 convictions, including the Charles Manson case in 1971. As an author, Mr. Bugliosi has written three No. 1 best sellers and won three Edgar Allan Poe awards, the top honor for crime writers. More than 30 years ago he co-wrote the best seller “Helter Skelter,” about the Manson case … His latest, a polemic with the provocative title “The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder,” has risen to best-seller status with nary a peep from the usual outlets that help sell books: cable television and book reviews in major daily newspapers.
…Internet advertising has been abundant, but ABC Radio refused to accept an advertisement for the book during the Don Imus show, said Roger Cooper, the publisher of Vanguard Press, which put out the book…
…Bugliosi said that bookers for cable television, where he has made regular appearances to promote books, have ignored his latest offering. MSNBC and Comedy Central were two outlets Bugliosi thought would show interest, but neither did…”

he focuses on bush now?
Why not go after Liberman , Perle, Clinton, Kerry, Wolfowitz and the people from NY times and Fox news and many others?
Why focus yourself on someone who is at the end of his career , got reelected and was clearly a puppet through and through ?
This book smells like a simple scapegoating while the rest of them continue the same policies that Bush followed

Bush has been blamed from excessive hurricanes, to failing economy….why don’t Americans understand how congress and senate work??????? Just lay off the president…it isn’t his fault…he doesn’t just declare wars based on guesses….he is well informed by military intelligence officals and is basically told what he needs to do by them before he says it on TV….
p.s. I haven’t met a soldier yet who went to Iraq and said it wasn’t necessary afterwards

You, sir, have been totally brainwashed by Neocon Jew propaganda. Bush is a Zionist dupe, installed on this country to do the Jew’s bidding. Just like Obama.
Republicans and Democrats are but 2 sides to the same coin, both herded by Jew media and controlled by traitorous US/Israel PACs and big Jew International money. Figure it out, brainiac.
Thousands of American Goyim died to take out the Jew’s biggest buggaboo of the time: Saddam Hussein. I guess you don’t remember the paranoia of the Jews back then, do you?
FOX news is all apart of this whole bit, so don’t pat yourself on the back by watching that crap. Of course, so is CNN and MSNBC. Anyone with a real brain is now figuring it out.
