Death Squads stopped a bus load of teachers, separated the Sunnis from the Shiites, and shot the Sunni women in the head. Another squad went to an open air market, shot six people, and as the rescuers came, they detonated a gas tanker, killing another seventeen. Five marines died from bombs, and another one was shot.

The only one that would explode a tanker in a market place, killing rescuers, is the Mossad. The only beneficiary is Israel, as they destroy Iraqis leadership, and gain control of Iraq's oil.
