The town of Ave Maria, located in Florida's Collier County, was revealed to the public for the first time Saturday. It is meant to be a utopia for Roman Catholics, centering on a new traditional Catholic university and a Roman Catholic oratory.

The developer behind Ave Maria, located in part of rural Florida that used to be a tomato farm, is Tom Monaghan, founder of Domino's Pizza and former owner of the Detroit Tigers.
