Britney Spears is still not well enough to take part in court proceedings. That was the judgment Thursday of Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz.
 
   

 

 

 

 

 

 

Judge Declares Britney Unfit

"It's my understanding that her condition is somewhat tenuous," Judge Goetz said. The commissioner suggested that Spears may need further medical examination to determine whether to dissolve or make permanent her conservatorship, which gives Spears' father, Jamie, control of her financial and personal affairs. 

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

 

Her Court-Appointed Lawyer

 According to E! Online, Spears' court-appointed attorney, Sam Ingham, agreed that "it could be harmful" for her to participate in the proceedings.
