The Trooper Threatened To Kill The Father

Warren Heath, Palin's father, was going to help his daughter find and pay for a divorce lawyer. Bull Wooten became incensed and said to his wife Molly, 'If your father gets in the way I will kill him. He'll eat a fucking lead bullet.  If the old prick gets an the attorney to help you (Molly), I'll shoot him,'."  Wooten was fondling  his trooper gun on his hip in an extremely intimidating fashion, leaving no doubt he is serious about taking someone's life who disagrees with him."

Palin told an internal affairs investigator that she overheard on a speakerphone Wooten arguing with her sister and threatening to kill their father. Fearful for her family members' lives, Palin said she drove to her sister's house and watched the argument through a window.

It appears she contacted the Alaska State Trooper, but there was no action taken. Bull Wooten was not arrested for threatening patrons of 'His Saloon', and drunken driving, but a fellow state trooper just drove him home.  8
