Going on the assumption it is a False Flag, the first question is, why not show it as one. The only answer is to save it for a multiple punch at the right time. Lets say Israel False Flags a city with a nuke, and then Bush comes on TV crying, and vowing revenge. In his speech he tells how the government wanted to avoid panic and decided not to tell us about Fl 587's bomb, Fl 77 shot over the Atlantic, Fl 93 was shot down, TWA 800 was an Iranian missile, the Minneapolis bridge was terrorists, etc.

If it is a False Flag, then expect a series of events such as bridges, dams, railroad accidents, airliner, etc. The timing is right.
