They are all laughing themselves silly on how bungled this has become.

One Very Confused Jury

On Wednesday jurors expressed confusion over Special Instruction No. 3, provided by the defense, which stated that the prosecution must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Spector pointed a gun at Clarkson and the gun ended up inside her mouth while in the music producer's hand.

"If you do not find that the prosecution has proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant committed that act, you must return a verdict of not guilty," the instruction states.

The Judge Instructs The Jury

At first this clown asked the jury to consider a reduced charge of manslaughter, but changed his mind. Next he tells the jury how it 'might have happened'.

"Maybe Spector forced her to put a gun in her own mouth and it went off."

"Maybe there was a struggle and the gun went off accidentally."

"Maybe he pointed the gun against her head at which time it entered her mouth and discharged."

The State Prosecutor

He knows there is a wide berth for appeal, as well.  If there is a mistrial then he can retry the case, offering him a plea bargain or dropping the case.

More Zionist Justice

The minute Judge 'Abbie' asked the jury if they would consider a manslaughter charge, the case was finished. At the worst, Spector will get four years at a medical facility, and be out in 18 months.

In the meantime some half baked kid poked his finger on Elie Weisel's chest, and called him a liar. Weisel claims,  "I was dragged out of the elevator, but I screamed the Nazi fled." This kid will get twenty years, and Spector walks.
