Cross dressing “ Trans-sexual “ Found not Guilty

After nearly seven weeks of testimony, a Texas jury stunned the country Tuesday by acquitting Robert Durst of murder—even though the cross-dressing New York multi-billionaire admitted to killing his 71-year-old neighbor, dismembering his body and fleeing the state to avoid prosecution.

His father was a billionaire NY real estate developer – Seymour Durst. He shot Morris Black in the head in self-defense as the two struggled over a gun. Already under investigation for the disappearance of his wife in New York 20 years ago, Durst testified that he didn’t think anyone would believe his story, so he hacked up the body and dumped it in the ocean. Then he jumped bail.

As a young Heb, he was often seen with Jackie O, John Lennon and Mia Farrow. His friend, and a crime writer, Susan Berman, 55, was discovered in her house facedown in a pool of her own blood, she was shot thru the head. It’s widely suspected that she was involved, and blackmailing Durst about his killing the first wife.

Durst is a suspect in the case of Karen Marie Mitchell, who disappeared from Eureka on Nov. 25, 1997.

Mitchell, then 16, was walking to work at a daycare center that afternoon when a motorist may have picked her up.

Five months before Mitchell vanished, then 18-year-old Kristen Modafferi disappeared in San Francisco. Durst owned a house in the San Francisco area, and could have been there around the time Modafferi vanished.

Durst's Trial

His defense was that his business partner attacked him and there was a struggle, and the gun went off accidentally. The jury foreman said - 'Without the head, we have no solid evidence'. The judge did nothing.
