Terry Nichols Affidavit

Terry Nichols' Feb. 9 affidavit states that a high-ranking FBI official was directing Timothy McVeigh in the plot to blow up a government building. Nichols claims the official and other conspirators are being protected by the federal government.

McVeigh told Nichols he was recruited while serving in the military, and McVeigh named the FBI official.
