TechnoPhoneTechnoPhoneTechnophone has put out a cool looking software package for reprogramming. I haven't had a phone to try it out on yet.
Anthony Timson's Cellular Programming Terminal can reprogram the ESN and NAM on the Technophone TP2, mk1 & mk2.
