Well, I can't imagine anyone out there who is using this lame Guide to be able to outsource all your circuit fabrication work. Etching a single or double sided board isn't that difficult as long as you have the right equipment. The Green Circuit PCB prototyping manual is an Excellent all-encompassing document on the subject. Other utilities in this directory will assist you with artwork and auto-routing. If you don't find what you are looking for in here, look in CAD/EDA Tools.
