No #1 cut allowed in the control position of the control key. 2. The control key must be the same as the master key except for 2 positions (the two different positions must be in position 2, 3, 4 or 5) 3. The two control cuts that are different may not be used in the system progression. 4. If the system is also using high security cylinders, the two different positions must be positions 2 and 3. These are the only two control chambers in the high security cylinders.
