MindNet Journal Introduction

The MindNet Subscribers List has been reorganized and is now
being distributed as the MindNet Journal in cooperation with
the Freedom Of Thought Foundation and the International
Committee for the Convention Against Offensive Microwave
Weapons.

The MindNet Journal is now distributed by an automated mailing
list server. Former subscribers have already been added to the
new list. For instructions on how to subscribe if you are not
a former member, see the end of this file.

The MindNet Journal's mailing list is being run as a 
"moderated" list, i.e. subscribers may not post articles 
directly to the mailing list. For instructions on submitted 
material for publication, see below.

The MindNet Journal will contain articles on the subject of
mind control as before.
