(ION) = Ionizing radiation experiments (xrays, radioactive substances)

The reader should understand that the "MK" series of covert neuro-influence device testing did NOT stop after the 1977 US Congress exposure of these covert programs, rather, the means by which the testing agencies are able to keep their activity quiet have improved. There are web sites shown on the victim list below which give more in-depth information on CURRENT MK-style activities.
