Plutonium Experiments

During these experiments operatives injected people with plutonium without their knowledge at medical facilities across the country. In some cases, children were fed radioactive food. People who were receiving routine treatment at medical facilities were secretly injected with plutonium in Rochester, NY, San Francisco, CA, Cincinnati, OH, and in Tennessee.

Tuskegee Syphilis Study

From 1932-1972 The U.S Public Health Service conducted an experiment in the area of Tuskegee, Alabama. Over 400 black sharecroppers were deliberately infected with syphilis and monitored over decades including invasive medical tests. They were not told about the disease or the experiment and medical treatment, such as penicillin, was purposefully withheld. In 1997, President Clinton offered a long overdue apology to the surviving men who were used in the experiment.

Atomic Bomb Testing on U.S. Soldiers

From 1951-1963 thousands of U.S. soldiers were purposefully exposed to radiation during atomic bomb and H-bomb testing in Nevada and the Pacific. Atomic veterans have an exremely high cancer rate but it took the U.S. Government over 40 years to even acknowledge the experiments took place.

In addition, a countless number of people, down wind of the Nevada test sites, were exposed to radioactive fallout in Nevada and Utah. From 1964-1970, 3000 school children in Washington County, Utah were used in thyroid studies by the Atomic Energy Commission without parental consent.

Chemical Weapons and Bacteria Experiments, U.S. Military

In the early 1950's the U.S. Military released bacteria from a boat outside San Francisco. The next day 11 people were admitted to the Stanford Medical Center with the same bacteria infection, one man died. The U.S. Military claimed the infections were unrelated. The following year the U.S. Military sprayed parts of Minneapolis, Minnesota with a dangerous chemical and subjected the children of Clinton Elementary School to Zinc Cadmium Sulfide. Chemicals were also dropped over the Leech Lake Indian Reservation in Minnesota. In 1966 the U.S. Army released bacteria in a New York Subway experiment by dropping light bulbs when the doors opened. These tests occurred from 1949 until 1969. Experiments were also conducted in St. Louis, Missouri, Fort Wayne, Indiana and other cities.

Human Drug Testing

In the 1950's and continuing until the 1970's, The CIA tested LSD on citizens, mental patients, prisoners and soldiers, many of them unsuspecting. Some citizens were drugged without their knowledge and put under surveillance. The U.S. Army Chemical Corps also tested drugs such as LSD and mescaline on all of these groups. This included a group of 1500 soldiers that were tested with LSD and 2800 soldiers that were tested with BZ.

MK-ULTRA and Behavioral Modification

From the 1950's until the mid 1970's, The CIA conducted Projects MK-ULTRA, BLUEBIRD, ARTICHOKE, MK-SEARCH, and other projects. Subjects were ritually drugged and put under surveillance. Some were abducted and tortured. At a Montreal Mental Institution hundreds of Canadian men and women were drugged, electrically shocked, and were forced to listen to tapes of repeated messages over long periods of time. Eventually, 80 of these victims were awarded compensation by the Canadian government. MK-ULTRA contained 149 subprojects. In addition to LSD, mescaline, BZ and barbiturates, at least 25 other drugs were used in these experiments. The CIA also experimented with electric shocks, microwave and UHF devices, and lobotomys.

Reported but Uncomfirmed

Did the Military and CIA conduct drug experiments on soldiers during The Vietnam War? Were soldiers drugged with BZ and other drugs in an attempt to create the super soldier? Many Vietnam veterans say so, however, the Government hides behind the word 'classified'.
During Vietnam, BZ was used as a counterinsurgency weapon and was available in the form of grenades, cluster bombs and missle warheads. LSD and other drugs were used on Viet Cong POW's.

Reports of Current Experimentation with Microwave and EM Weapons

Since the 1950's operatives sponsored by The U.S. Government (in those days The CIA and The U.S. Military) have used human beings in what they called Human Subjects Research. Some of these programs involved ritual abuse of an individual (Human Drug Testing (mostly LSD) and MK-ULTRA by The CIA). The targets were put under survaillence and were ritually drugged and sometimes abducted and tortured. Officially these experiments ended in the mid 1970's. However, hundreds of people testify that these experiments have continued to the present day.

Today, the emphasis has switched from drugs to Electromagnetic (EM) or Microwave Weapons. The victims have all been through the same pattern of events. An initial or set up phase of harassment and terrorism; then an experiment phase with EM Weapons which almost always involves torture, often long lasting to disable the target subject.

Report From The World Organization Against Torture on Involuntary Human Scientific Experimentation calls for an investigation. See Report

Biological Warfare Experimentation by Imperial Japan

Tens of thousands lost their lives and countless others were affected at Unit 731 and other facilities in occupied China from 1932-1945. The experiments were directed by Dr. Ishii Shiro. Eventually, the main facility consisted of 150 buildings, located in Ping Fan, Manchuria. There biological weapons were tested and produced on a massive scale. Chinese, Russian and other 'prisoners' were infected with diseases such as anthrax, glanders, plague and cholera or subjected to experiments with cyanide, phosphene gas and electric shocks. When the subjects became too weak, they were killed by poison injection, incinerated and replaced with new human subjects. At Unit 8604, in Southern China, people were burried in pots. Tests were conducted outside Unit 731 on the general population. A cholera epidemic was created in Changchun by 'vaccinating' the population and rats were released with plague-infested fleas. In similar experiments to those of the Nazis, altitude or pressure chamber experiments were performed as well as freezing experiments. After WWII, the U.S. Military did not prosecute any Japanese participants fearing they would jeapordize their own programs by the Chemical Warfare Service at facilities such as Fort Detrick, Maryland and Edgewood Arsenal. Dr. Ishii was granted immunity by the U.S. Military in exchange for information on biological weapons. Numerous Chinese and Korean reports claim that biological weapons were employed by the U.S. Military during the Korean War.

Reports of Human Experimentation by The Soviet Union

Reports abound that The Soviet Union Military and The KGB conducted experiments on human beings. It is rumored that the U.S.S.R. experimented extensively with Mind Control or EM Weapons. It is also rumored that there was a secret arms race involving Microwave and EM Weapons between the U.S.S.R. and the U.S. Government during the Cold War.

Human Experimentation in Cambodia 1975-1979

Pol Pot and The Khmer Rouge committed unspeakable atrocities during their time in power from 1975-1979. The Khmer Rouge came to power in a war from 1970-1975. Starting out as a communist guerilla group, they overcame the regime of Lon Nol with the aid of the North Vietnamese army. Would the Killing Fields have taken place without the turmoil created by the Vietnam War? In addition to the terrible purges, thousands were experimented on in meticulous torture experiments.

The Truth about The Vietnam War

What caused The Vietnam War? Did Vietnam invade the United States? Before The Vietnam War, U.S. Foreign Policy was based on caution and moral principles. Except for a controversial and agonizing mistake in the Phillipines the United States pursued a foreign policy based on caution and defense. This is evident in the Monroe Doctrine and our great reluctance to enter World War I and World War II. This all changed after World War II. U.S. Foreign Policy changed from that of defense to military aggression. The Vietnam War is the most prominent example of this shameful change in policy. In Vietnam, the U.S. Government intervened in the change of one form of government to another in a foreign country. Strikingly, in recent years it has come to light, that The CIA was conducting major operations in Vietnam many years before The Vietnam War. Air America, by The CIA, which involved the smuggling of opium, was conducted in Laos and Vietnam many years before the U.S. Military's involvement in Vietnam. During Operation Pheonix The CIA trained Vietnamese soldiers to root out and assassinate communists in Vietnam. Tens of Thousands of Vietnamese died during Operation Pheonix. The CIA's Operation Pheonix is currently, not well publicized, but is one of the worst atrocities ever committed by the United States. Did the U.S. Government sponsor a communist purge in Vietnam?

Additional History:

In the late 1940's and early 1950's, Ho Chi Minh led a communist group opposing the French colonial government occupying Vietnam. In 1956, The French were defeated by the guerrilla forces and France withdrew from Vietnam. This left Ho Chi Minh's group in control of the North above the 17th parallel and the remnants of the French government in control of the South. A civil war ensued. The United States, officially, intervened in 1961 when the first military advisors and supplies arrived in support of the Southern government. By 1965, U.S. soldiers undertook much of the fighting.

In Cambodia, as he had during the French-Vietnamese conflict, Prince Sihanouk declared neutrality and non participation toward The Vietnam War. In 1970, a military coup led by U.S. backed Lon Nol overthrew Prince Sihanouk's government. Lon Nol's government was later toppled in 1975 by The Khmer Rouge led by Pol Pot.

The U.S. Military supplied the French forces during their conflict with the Vietnamese. After the French were driven out, The CIA formed MAAG-V, Military Assistance and Advisory Group, Vietnam. After The CIA's Bay of Pigs fiasco in Cuba, all large scale CIA operations were ordered turned over to the U.S. Military. In January 1964, MAAG-V became MAC-V, Military Assistance and Command, Vietnam.

The Atrocities of General Pinochet and The CIA

In 1974, Congressman Michael Harrington released information to Congress that he had obtained from, then, CIA Director Colby about the CIA under Richard Helmes. The CIA had spent millions to alter the course of a Presidential election in Chile. When socialist leader Salvadore Allende was elected by the people of Chile, the CIA spent millions of dollars to undermine the Chilean government and create chaos in Chile. Their efforts culminated in a military coup that toppled Allende in 1973. As a result, General Augusto Pinochet took control. Under his regime, thousands of Chilean people were imprisoned, tortured and executed. What did The CIA do to stop him? Nothing. In 1977, during Congressional procedings to confirm former CIA Director Richard Helmes as ambassador to Iran, Helmes denied the CIA's involvement in the Chilean fiasco, and was convicted of perjury.

In 1953, The CIA overthrew the government of Iran. The coup ousted popular Prime Minister Mohammed Mosedeq and installed the Shah as head of state. Mosedeq had nationalized the oil industry which had been controlled by the British. The CIA paid members of the Iranian military and marchers to support the Shah. News of the coup, and the crackdown on democratic freedoms by the Shah, and British and American intelligence led to the Islamic revolution and hostage crisis in 1979.

In 1954, The CIA overthrew the government of Guatemala. A military coup toppled President Jacobo Arbenz Guzman and put guerrilla leader Carlos Castillo Armas in power. Arbenz had nationalized a fruit company. During the coup, a CIA plane mistakenly sank a British ship. Armas was assasinated two years later.

In 1960, a CIA coup toppled the government of the African country of Congo. The take-over ousted Prime Minister Patrice Lumumba.

The U.S. Navy's Killer Dolphin Program
The U.S. Navy has spent millions of dollars training dolphins for covert operations at a facility in San Diego, California. The program started in 1961 and continues until the present day. The dolphin experiments include the swimmer nullification program. A specially designed 45 cal. gun is attached to the nose of the dolphin which fires on contact with a diver. It has been reported that dolphins killed at least 2 enemy divers during the Vietnam War. Muzzled and forced to rely on their trainers for food, Navy dolphins have a life expectancy shortened by two thirds compaired to wild dolphins.
