To whom it may concern

The intention of my letter is a complaint and an urgent cry for help against the oppresive system I live in: The Republic of Germany. I would like to have further advice or direct help by an appointed attorney for a new civil claim in financial compensation because of torture, prolonged abuse, and terrorism from members of, or influenced by, the German secret services.

Mainly in 1991 I have been maltreated with high doses of methamphetamines and prolonged applications of narcotics which had been mixed secretly in my drinks by system agents. After I became aware of those intoxications I went to doctors, but instead of making a drug screening, I have been diagnosed as being psychotic. I 'd like to point out that this diagnostic method is in no way scientifically correct because according to the DSM-manual organic factors (e.g. drugs) must be excluded first when a psychotic disease is diagnosed.

This was the very first step in the destruction of evidence, accompanied by brainwashing methods suggesting to me that I was mentally ill. Not a single drug test has ever been made, in order not to interfere with further intoxications and the brainwashed-like situation.

The reason for this prolonged psychopharmacological torture lies in a family relationship of my wealthy grand uncle, who lives in the USA, and the sudden death of my father, also followed by further non-natural deaths of others in my social environment. Parts of these lethal circumstances have been brought to me by those questions, while I was under barbiturate narcosis, drugged by system agents with the intention to check my knowledge about those clandestine processes. From the former and still persisting behavior patterns of the system agents it becomes clear that those people want to abuse me as a vector for the possible financial proportion of the heritage, in the case of my killed father, who had lived in SA and not in Germany.

It is not easy to compress the whole (complex) biographic story in a few sentences, but I need further legal help against the prolonged ignorance of the german juridical authorities and their abuse of non scientific, psychiatric diagnoses in order to establish destruction of evidence and brainwashed-like situations. It must be recognized for future financial compensation that I still suffer from "Post Traumatic Stress Disease" (PTSD) and have a totally ruined career.

There still exist several traces of destruction of evidence, commited by the

a) doctors, with their obviously wrong diagnoses according to DSM

b) government attorneys, classifying claims against specific persons to claims against anonymous ones (for conspiracy protection) and not liking to recognize the facts of a)

c) private attorneys for the criminal and civil case, who where unable to see the outstanding destruction of evidence mentioned in a) or b)

It's important to know that point a) applies to 4 doctors who simultaneously have done their maltreatment and wrong diagnoses at the very same time and for the same wrong reasons. It is further outstanding that more than a half dozen government attorneys didn't see the coincidence of the criminal act in a) and can't distinguish a direct claim against named persons from claims against anonymous ones. It is obvious that 4 or 5 different private attorneys are not able to detect the same destructions of main evidence mentioned in a) and/or b) and it s astonishing that even officially approved agencies for a), b), and c) and the criminal  and civil judges ignored those facts until now.

There is other evidence about a health-related officer who transparently hushes up his attempts to illegally lock me up in a hospital for the mentally ill. Considering other information, which has been brought to me by numerous system agents, the whole picture shows clearly the involvement of the German secret service.

All these chains of traceable destruction of evidence, which has been done by doctors, the behavior of my attorneys and the government attorneys is a good fact in a civil case, because there is a shift in the burden of proof, but - whatever I do - I will not be heard.
