Mind Control and Non-Lethal Weapons

Non-lethal weapons are the new gadgets that the military and law enforcement agencies are developing, including devices like sticky foam guns, lasers, and microwave weapons. Many of these devices are designed to affect the human mind: cause dizziness or sleep, affect a subjects senses or behavior, etc. While many of these weapons are designed for crowd control, they can be easily used in covert operations.
