A careful review of the Congressional Record turned up this interesting
committee meeting on March 5th:

"COMMITTEE BUSINESS; UNCONVENTIONAL SIGINT
Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence: Met in executive session to 
consider pending business."

"The Committee also met in executive session to hold a briefing on 
Unconventional SIGINT (Signal Intelligence). The Committee was briefed 
by departmental witnesses."

"Unconventional SIGINT" has been used in the past as a euphemism for 
Remote Viewing.  Perhaps Grillflame and Stargate are not as dead as 
they want you to think?

I would like to think that this site has been shaking things up a bit 
as well.  One can always hope!
