As we all by now are all too painfully aware, things are just not moving as quickly, efficiently or as effectively as we would like, and as would befit the great democracy we had hoped we were living in. For some of us the delays have been tragic and the damage cannot be undone. The inescapable conclusion is that we must organize, operate and function effectively as a group with a group agenda - as individuals we get lost in the shuffle of disbelief, harrassment and the inadequacies of our political and criminal justice systems, etc. which serve a variety of masters and functions and in which we have found it difficult to find due process or gain any more credence than that shown to the mentally ill. What gains have been made have been hard-won and not achieved without hard work, sacrifice and risk to personal safety, career, reputation, etc, to state just a few. Here again many of our predecessors have paid a very high price, some the very highest price. We are indebted to them for their moral courage, their love of their fellow man, and their willingness to take on this risk with full knowledge of the possible consequences. Many brave and noble individuals have taken up our cause and we must not forget this when dealing with the moral cowards and other repugnant and inadequate individuals who so frequently frustrate our best efforts and who would prefer to deny and dismiss this as the easier route. Each one of us has felt that he stood alone rejected by friends, family, and the instititutions of a civilized society and we are all bitter that those with specific information and factual knowledge did not speak out but chose instead to let us bear the brunt of crimes inflicted upon us, lest they be victimized themselves. Those of us on disability may or may not wish that those better connected lose their country club privileges and be hustled off the golf course for their crimes, so while we struggle for perspective we must not forget those individuals who helped us gain that perspective, nor should we forget that perspective cannot be gained in isolation. How do those on disability feel as lesser beneficiaries? Many have skills, talents, and degrees that they have been prevented from using for their own benefit.. We all have to be aware that the penalties for what many of us have been through have yet to be legislated and that what Senator Glenn is proposing amounts to a slap on the wrist.

Various people have proposed that as many of us as possible meet together as soon as possible and formulate one or more agendas - make a video, compile a book, plan a media campaign, plan to help one another in various ways - group living, shared knowledge, class action suits, etc. This is complicated as well as enriched by the fact that we are victims of different types of mind control and different types of experiments and that these took place at different times in our lives with different consequences. Ultimately we will need a more variegated organizational strategy with different groups and committees responsible for different goals. I don't think this has to be burocratically restrictive, but I do think we need to give it some thought in advance. We don't even know how many of us are out there and who we all know. But I bet you that we will be able to accomplish many, many things that they are not doing for us. It has been proposed that we piggyback onto the "Ritual Trauma, Child Abuse and Mind Control Conference" at the Atlanta Market Center in Atlanta, Georgia on October 1-3, l997. Many other mind control victims will already be attending that conference and they cannot afford another trip elsewhere. We could either attend both or meet on the 4th, 5th, and 6th. Or Friday night the 3rd, Saturday the 4th, and Sunday the 5th. People could possibly extend their stays somewhat without major inconvenience and the loss of work on Monday if need be. For those who can't afford to attend the conference the lesser expense of hotel and food alone (on a shared basis) might be manageable. This self-organization on our part will probably be disliked and feared in many circles. However, victims taking their problems into their own hands is not really as unorthodox as it may seem at first (and it is a sad day for America when a democratic movement like this is seen as unorthodox). The fat people do it, the lovelorn, etc. What might cause concern in some circles is that the perpetrators of this are fat cats and we are the little chickadees. Fat cats are more adept at looking after themselves and can enlist the aid of well-trained, and well-paid experts when they feel threatened. Disruption is an area they specialize in as many of us have heard or experienced.

All comments and suggestions will be appreciated. The conference in Atlanta costs $195 (or less if one registers before Sept.15) and Walter Bowart among others will be speaking. Hotel accomodations are extra. I am not sure at this stage if I will be able to attend it.

This is being sent out as a preliminary plan. It will have to be done sooner or later and probably there will be many meetings like this of different kinds in the future. We have got to make some order out of our situation as nonconsensual victims and we cannot expect the therapeutic community, law enforcement, the legal system, the media, government, etc.to do it for us, or do it as we would wish. Please distribute this to those who are not on the internet, and tell them that they can correspond with me, send me their stories or suggestions if they can't be present, and call me if they really need to.

Regards,

Carole

Conference Updates

Update:  Some good news - I checked with Delta and American Airlines and they are now running specials - there are very low cost flights to Atlanta.

September 4, 1997

The conference in Atlanta looks promising this time because the issues of electronic mind control and government mind control will be addressed. There will be many speakers and other victims there to network with. Very important, we will be meeting after the conference to organize our own agenda as a group for the first time. This is something we very much need to do for present and future credibility so that long-overdue action can be taken and we can get this torture to end! The 17-page brochure is now out. It is organized by

Eclipse
P.O. Box 826
Spartanburg, SC 29304
Tel. 864/582-8847
Fax 864/587-9002

Their e-mail address is   expomic.usa@internetmci.com

The latter address and telephone number is is where you can order the l7-page descriptive brochure and make arrangements for accomodations. Don't forget, if you do not want to attend this conference or cannot afford the $195 registration fee, we will still be meeting as a group on Friday evening the 3rd of October, Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 5th. If you need to, you can call me at 512 346-0205. Please try to get this out to all and any people you may have heard of or know who need this information. Regards,

Hi Ed, I would like to ask you to get this out to all those on your lists. I want to update you on the Atlanta Conference on Ritual Trauma, Child Abuse and Mind Control held at the Merchandise Mart from Wednesday, October 1st thru Friday October 3rd. The issues of government and intelligence agency mind control will be addressed. Walter Bowart, author of Operation Mind Control, will be speaking as well as Nick Begich, author of Angels Don't Play This Harp, among others. The cost is $195 plus hotel accomodations which can be shared. A 17-page brochure and / or registration may be gotten from

Tel. 703 /527-8000

Many victims and other interested parties wish to meet in Atlanta after the conference on Friday evening the 3rd, Saturday the 4th, and if possible on Sunday, October 5th to get organized as a group with a group agenda and set up action committees. This is long-overdue and essential since law enforcement, the legal and judicial community, etc. are not responding in a responsible manner. The issue of countermeasures will also be addressed. The cost for this will be minimal. All intereste parties are urged to attend. Information will be distributed by
