He hada piece of paper which I guessed he used as a guide to install this thing.   So,after a few minutes, he finished up, got in his van and took off.  Somehow though,the guy left his piece of paper on the ground, so I went over to check it out, andwhat do you know?  It was a telco document.  What a guy! Padlock Hole Plug							7.1	Plug Location. The plug is bgged and							placed in the Telco compartment.							7.2	Overide Access. Use a slotted screw driver							to loosen the customer acces screw and open the							door to reveal the override as shown in Figure 1.							Insert the plug into the padlock hole and press until							the top is flush with the override.
