Obama's Civilian National Security Force	A little-publicized Department of Defense Directive (Number 1404.10) establishes a "DoD Civilian Expeditionary Workforce" and rescinds a prior directive dealing with the emergency use of civilian personnel. The new 1404.10, dated January 23, 2009 -- just three days after the inauguration -- is effective immediately, and cancels the prior directive of the same designation ("Emergency-Essential (E-E) DoD U.S. Citizen Civilian Employees"), that was issued in 1992 under President Clinton. The 1992 directive specifically deals with overseas deployments of civilian personnel, and mentions the term "overseas" no fewer than 33 times. The new directive does not mention the term "overseas" in the body of the directive even once. The word "overseas" appears in the new Directive 4 times: once as as a reference; once to describe a database "code"; once to describe the code values; and once in the Glossary. In other words, the new Directive doesn't apply to the overseas deployment of civilians at all, but applies to their deployment in the United States mainland. The previous Directive does not mention "restoration of order" or "stability operations." These operations are prominently featured in the new directive. In fact, these functions are central to the mission of Obama's new DoD Civilian Expeditionary Workforce: Members of the DoD Civilian Expeditionary Workforce shall be organized, trained, cleared, equipped, and ready to deploy in support of combat operations by the military; contingencies; emergency operations; humanitarian missions; disaster relief; restoration of order; drug interdiction; and stability operations of the Department of Defense in accordance with DoDD 3000.05... While the directive suggest that the DoD will seek volunteers, Section 4 (d), subsection {e} paragraph 2 states: Management retains the *authority to direct and assign civilians either voluntarily, involuntarily, or on an unexpected basis* to accomplish the DoD mission. This new directive is odd, coming as it does after campaign promises by Obama to establish a paramilitary "civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded" as our military (video). Obama’s Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel wrote the following in his 2006 book, "The Plan: Big Ideas for America": "It’s time for a real Patriot Act that brings out the patriot in all of us. We propose universal civilian service for every young American. Under this plan, all Americans between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked to serve their country by going through three months of basic training, civil defense preparation and community service." Here's a video of Rahmbo describing his mandatory civil service plan to NY Daily News reporter Ben Smith in 2006. This notion was detailed in Emanuel's book, co-authored by Bruce Reed. This bunch has been thinking about this "force" for a long time. As previously documented in these pages, Obama has been actively organizing and training the cadre for his "Civilian National Security Force" since 1993. Here are the frightening details. I worked around the federal government a lot and this Directive is all about funding. The language and the mission can be changed in a heartbeat.
No Nukes	If he has his way, Obama will dramatically change the nuclear weapons policy of the U.S. -- leaving behind Cold War doctrine and looking to a model of a minimal nuclear arsenal -- just ominous enough to do the job of deterrence. Foreign nations, friend and foe, are poised to discover Obama’s nuclear agenda, while some critics within the U.S. are fearful that he will go too far, too fast. Among the weighty decisions on Obama’s plate is whether to extend or renegotiate the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START II) with Russia, which run outs at the end of 2009, and whether to press for ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) -- with which the U.S. only voluntarily complies. The CTBT bans all nuclear explosions in all environments, for military testing or civilian purposes. "This is not just a decision about the future of U.S. nuclear weapons, but about how the United States will address the challenges of … nuclear terrorism, nuclear proliferation and our entire 21st-century nuclear strategy," Clark Murdock, a senior adviser at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, told USA Today. During the campaign, Obama pledged: "As president, I will set a new direction in nuclear weapons policy and show the world that America believes in its existing commitment under the nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT) to work to ultimately eliminate all nuclear weapons." Obama’s pledge of no new nukes for the U.S. is wholly impractical say experts who have examined not only the issue of maintaining the hardware of nuclear deterrence, but the human factor of keeping competent trained managers at the nation’s nuclear switch. The new Administration has declared without equivocation that Obama, "will stop the development of new nuclear weapons." Frank Gaffney of the Washington-based Center for Security Policy points to the work of that think tank’s "New Deterrent Working Group," which is charged to provide input to the nation’s Strategic Posture Commission. "We must adopt anew a national commitment to design, test and produce, on a continuing basis, new nuclear weapons. These activities are 'performance arts.' Expertise can be maintained only by engaging in them. Simply put, the extreme complexity and hazards of the work are such that there is no substitute for competent, integrated management. Such management, in turn, requires continuing, hands-on experience." Bottom line to the group’s argument: the U.S. can’t even maintain a shaky status quo by simply nursing along its dusty degrading inventory of nukes. Yet this is exactly what Obama seems to favor.
Obama's Despotic Act	Alan Keyes, a 2008 presidential candidate who now is a plaintiff in one of the many lawsuits seeking to verify whether Barack Obama qualifies under the U.S. Constitution's requirements to occupy the Oval Office, says the tactics adopted by lawyers for the president confirm there is an issue for the courts to investigate. Keyes, who was the candidate of the American Independent Party, cited a recent exchange with lawyers representing Obama in which they warned they might seek monetary penalties against those raising the question of Obama's eligibility under the Constitution's requirement that the president be a "natural born" citizen. "It confirms the common sense suspicion that he won't act forthrightly in this matter because he has something to hide." Keyes writes, "In effect, the courts are refusing to admit plaintiffs on this matter into the courtroom, thereby denying them justice. Madison wrote, 'Justice is the end of government. It is the end of civil society. It will be pursued either until it be obtained or until liberty be lost in the pursuit.'" "The denial of justice is thus a despotic act that violates the basis not only of just government, but of civil society itself." Obama voluntarily placed himself in the position of being asked to provide his information, he said. "Given the Constitutional requirement, the only fact citizens need to justify their suit is the fact that Obama ran for president. He asked to be chosen, and therefore must answer the eligibility question," Keyes wrote, "In the final analysis if the courts refuse to respect the Constitution, they are not the judges of their own action. The people must ultimately decide. Which is why I and others will use every outlet to inform them of the injustice being done not just to individuals but to the sovereign people as a whole," Keyes said.
Obama's Agents At FactCheck.org	I was recently engaged in an exchange of emails with my buddy Fred Nerks from Oz that prompted me to revisit FactCheck.org, where the Annenberg-funded website has published a web page entitled, "The truth about Obama's birth certificate." The information on this page is 100% bovine excrement. FactCheck.org's Summary 1. "In June, the Obama campaign released a digitally scanned image of his birth certificate..." This statement is false -- the campaign released a digitally scanned "Certification of Live Birth." The document presented on this website is not now and never has been a birth certificate, and FactCheck.org knows it. So why did they publish this lie? 2. "FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate." This statement is also a lie -- the only people that have seen, touched, and examined Obama's birth certificate is Chiyome Leinaala Fuikino M.D., the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, and the Registrar of Vital Statistics. Fuikino wrote, "There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai'i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record." So your conclusion, "We conclude that..." is false, because your conclusions are based on a false premise -- that you have seen Obama's birth certificate -- you haven't, because the State of Hawaii won't release it. What do you think is going on in the 48 lawsuits against Obama. These suits are all trying to get to Obama's birth certificate and 48 times, judges have said, "I can't go for that, ohh, no, I can't go for that." 3. "Update, Nov. 1: The director of Hawaii’s Department of Health confirmed Oct. 31 that Obama was born in Honolulu." Complete fabrication and bold-faced lie -- what Fuikino wrote was, "Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai'i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai'i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures." Nowhere in that statement does it say Obama was born in Honolulu, and here is the complete statement: -- check it out yourself. And, nowhere does FactCheck.org identify the militantly partisan website that released the "Certification of Live Birth" -- The Daily Kos -- one of the wackiest websites extant. This FACT alone makes this entire scenario suspicious, if not patently ridiculous. FactCheck.org's Analysis 1. FactCheck.org's own analysis confirms what I wrote above, under Summary. 2. FactCheck.org presents a photo of a "Certification of Live Birth," captioned, "The Obama birth certificate, held by FactCheck writer Joe Miller." That's a lie, as well -- the document in this photo is a "Certification of Live Birth" (getting tiresome, isn't it) -- not a birth certificate. They are different documents, and the folks at this mendacious organization know the difference -- Joseph Goebbels would be proud of FactCheck.org's big lie. FactCheck.org presents a photo image of the document further down the page, under Analysis -- That document is not a "birth certificate." It is a "Certification of Live Birth," again, FactCheck.org knowingly misrepresents the document as something it is not, and it's not even the document that was released. Here is the document that was released to The Daily Kos. The original document released had its Certificate Number blacked out -- and if one looks at the document, it says at the bottom, "ANY ALTERATIONS INVALIDATE THIS CERTIFICATE" -- even if the document were genuine -- it isn't VALID. The biggest point is that the document FactCheck.org is proferring as a genuine birth certificate is, in fact, an altered computer printout. It's a completely bogus document. 3. FactCheck.org published several other images defending its false presentation on this page. 4. In late July, a researcher looking to dig up dirt on Obama instead found a birth announcement that had been published in the Honolulu Advertiser on Sunday, Aug. 13, 1961. A birth announcement could have been easily phoned in to the newspaper from anywhere in the world. This "fact" is inconclusive, unless you know who provided the newspaper with the announcement, the means they used, and where they were physically located at the time. FactCheck.org's Anal-ists FactCheck.org identifies their anal-ists as Jess Henig and Joe Miller. OK, that's fine, but who and what are Jess Henig and Joe Miller? Are they qualified to make an analysis of ANY document, or are they just a couple of guys hanging around FactCheck.org's office, or are they political operators? What are their bona fides? FactCheck.org doesn't say. Wonder why? Well, I found out. The two FactCheck.org employees who were granted access to Obama's C.O.L.B. are NOT document experts. Joe Miller has a Ph. D. in Political Philosophy -- so he's a political operative -- while Jess Henig has an M.A. in English Literature -- I'm not sure her dye-job is a political or esthetic statement. Clicking the links will display their photos -- just what you'd expect. Jess took the photos and did all of the writing while Joe basically held the COLB open for Jess to shoot it. Those two are completely unqualified to perform any kind of forensic examination of the COLB document, and FactCheck.org knows it -- so do they. FactCheck does say their, "representatives got a chance to spend some time with the birth certificate, and we can attest to the fact that it is real and three-dimensional and resides at the Obama headquarters in Chicago." In my mind, that clearly shows they were working with and for the Obama Campaign and that Obama and his people are involved in this lie. Lie? Hell, this is a conspiracy and FactCheck.org boldly admits their part in it. I prefer to give credence to Dr. Ron Polarik, who holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Media and specializes in computer graphics with over 20 years experience with computers, printers and typewriters, who provides conclusive and irrefutable evidence that the Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) image created and distributed by Obama's campaign to the Daily Kos, Annenberg's Factcheck, and the St. Petersburg Times, and Politifact, is, unquestionably, a false identification document. Here, is his final report. A second expert forensic document examiner Ms. Sandra Ramsey Lines has filed an affidavit associated with one of the lawsuits, stating the following: 1. I am Sandra Ramsey Lines, With an address at... I am a former federal examiner and law enforcement officer. I began training as a forensic document examiner in 1991. I am a Certified Diplomat of Forensic Sciences, a member of the American Society of Questioned Document Examiners, a member of the Southwestern Association of Forensic Document Examiners, and a member of the Questioned Document Subcommittee of the American Society of Testing and Materials. My background and credentials are set forth in Exhibit I attached hereto. 2. I have reviewed the attached affidavit posted on the internet from "Ron Polarik." After my review and based on my years of experience, I can state with certainty that the COLB presented on the internet by the various groups, which include the "Daily Kos," the Obama Campaign, "Factcheck.org" and others cannot be relied upon as genuine. My Comments Since the title of the FactCheck.org web page is, "The truth about Obama's birth certificate," everything on the page is a bold-faced lie, because FactCheck.org has never, ever seen Obama's birth certificate and every image and reference on their page is to a Certification of Live Birth -- and they refer to it a "birth certificate" every time. Hawaii is notorious for its issuance of COLB's. Click here to see a large copy of a beautifully printed Certificate of Hawaiian Birth (If you click it, it will get bigger or smaller). It belongs to Sun Yat-Sen, the Father of Modern China, who was born in China. This Certificate of Hawaiian Birth, dated March 14, 1904, was issued after Dr. Sun signed a raggedy type-written statement affirming that he was born in Hawaii on Nov. 24, 1870. Sun Yat-sen was born on November 12, 1866, to a peasant family in the village of Cuiheng, Xiangshan county , Guangzhou prefecture, Guangdong province (26 km or 16 miles north of Macau), not Hawaii, as this document affirms. Maya Soetoro-Ng, Obama's sister is reputed to have a Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth too, and she was born in Jakarta, Indonesia. None of this is surprising, since FactCheck.org is funded by the Annenberg Foundation, who funded Obama's buddy, the unrepentant domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, who, in turn, hired Barack Obama. They represent themselves as unbiased and non-partisan. That, of course, is just another lie. This "birth certificate" controversy is in addition to the fact that Obama is not a "natural born citizen." There's at least two reasons Obama shouldn't be in the Oval Office, election fraud and his constitutional ineligibility. Saint Obama	A San Francisco novelty store is featuring a large display window of "Saint Obama" candles. The candles feature Obama's head atop the body of St. Martin de Porres, a Peruvian-born Dominican friar, who became one of the first black saints in the Americas upon his canonization in 1962. St. Martin de Porres was born to a white and a black parent, and is considered to be the patron saint of people of mixed racial heritage.
