White House Denial |
"I did not have submissive relations with that man, King Abdullah"
A week after The Obama File first reported
Obama's disgraceful
obsequiousness, the Drudge Report is reporting that the White House is
denying that Obama bowed to
King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia -- the
guardian of Islam's two holiest places -- at a G-20
meeting in London, a scene that drew
criticism on the right and praise from
some Arab outlets.
"It wasn't a
bow. He grasped his hand with two
hands, and he's taller than King
Abdullah," said an Obama aide, who spoke
on the condition of anonymity.
So
who you gonna believe -- Obama or your
lying eyes?
This screen capture from a YouTube
video clearly
shows Obama's
left hand is held down and across the
front of his body as he bows -- deeply.
He is not grasping the king's hand with
his two hands. The anonymous Obama aide
that said he grasped his hand with two
hands is a liar.
This
image
shows Obama greeting another Saudi royal
with his customary two-handed power
clutch. You'll notice there is no
bow associated with this greeting.
This image
shows that Obama's bow is really a
combination bow and genuflection.
His shoulders are bent forward and very
low -- clearly, a submissive gesture.
The Washington Times
called the alleged bow a "shocking
display of fealty to a foreign potentate"
and said it violated centuries of American
tradition of not deferring to royalty.
The Weekly Standard, meanwhile,
noted that
American protocol apparently rules out
bowing, or at least it reportedly did on
the occasion of a Clinton "near-bow" to
the emperor of Japan.
Interestingly, a columnist in the
Saudi-backed Arabic paper Asharq Alawsat
also took the gesture as a bow and
appreciated the move.
"Obama wished
to demonstrate his respect and
appreciation of the personality of King
Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, who has made one
of the most important calls in the modern
era, namely the call for inter-faith and
inter-cultural dialogue to defuse the
hatred, conflict and wars," wrote the
columnist, Muhammah Diyab. |
Is He, Or Isn't He |
On The Obama File's
bio page, "Who is this guy," I write
the following about Obama:
"Is
he a Muslim? -- I don't think so. But, I don't think he's a
Christian, either.
He's a Marxist -- an Alinsky-style
rabble-rouser, and Alinsky described himself as a communist as do
many of Obama's closest friends and associates.
Yet, there is a part of Obama that is Muslim. There's the
prepubescent youngster who lived in a Muslim
household, in a Muslim country, attended a Muslim school in which he studied the
Quran in its native Arabic, and was undoubtedly eager to
please his peers and teachers, and doing his best to be a good little Muslim boy
to please his new stepfather.
The Jesuits would say, "Give me the child, and I will mould the man."
But, back to the question, is Obama a Muslim?
Within days of
declaring his candidacy, the Obama Exploratory Committee released the
following statement, "To be clear, Senator Obama has never been a
Muslim, was not raised a Muslim, and is a committed Christian who
attends the United Church of Christ in Chicago. That statement was
amended by the campaign on March 14th, 2007, to say, "Obama was
never a practicing Muslim." Is it clear yet? Maybe
not, because the official "Obama 08" campaign website still
contains this statement: "Obama Has Never Been A Muslim." This demonstrates the fundamental problem with Obama, his
dissimulation. One just doesn't know what to believe.
In an
interview with the New York Times, Maya Soetoro-Ng, Obama’s younger
half sister, told the Times, "My whole family was Muslim, and most of
the people I knew were Muslim." (Alternate
link)
I assume Maya thinks of her brother as a member
of her family, and although Anna Dunham is often described as an
atheist, I assume Maya thinks of her mother as a member of her family,
as well.
How else would one interpret that statement?
It was Obama, who
said the Muslim call to prayer is "one of the prettiest sounds on
earth," in an interview with Nicholas Kristof, published in The New York
Times. Kristof described Obama's recitation of the Muslim call to prayer, the Adhan, "with a
first-class [Arabic] accent."
The opening lines of the Adhan (Azaan)
is the Shahada:
"Allah is Supreme! Allah is Supreme! Allah is
Supreme! Allah is Supreme! I witness that there is no god but Allah
I witness that there is no god but Allah I witness that Muhammad is
his prophet... "
According to Islamic scholars, reciting the
Shahada, the Muslim declaration of faith,
makes one a Muslim. This simple yet profound statement expresses a
Muslim's complete acceptance of, and total commitment to, the message of
Islam.
Obama knows this from his Quranic studies -- and he knows
the New York Times will publish this fact and it will be seen throughout
the Islamic world. Regardless of Obama's religion, what message is
he sending to the world's 1.2 billion Muslims?
And, the fact that
Obama can recall the Shahada after 35 years, and the fact that he
believes that the daily call to prayer is "one of the prettiest sounds
on Earth" says, to me, that those Muslim prayers run through his head often --
so
what does that make him?
Note: the
Original New York Times source has been deleted by Obama's
water-carriers at the New York Times, but
HERE is the Kristof
article on another site -- and, ho, ho, ho --
here's a copy I
forgot I cached from Obama's own website.
For reasons of his own, it is Obama who continues to communicate to
the ummah that
he is a Muslim -- and they get it!
Asma Gull Hasan, a Muslim woman,
wrote, "My Muslim President Obama," for Forbes. In
it she says, "Most of the
Muslims I know (me included) can't seem to accept that Obama is not
Muslim. Of the few Muslims I polled who said that Obama is not
Muslim, even they conceded that he had ties to Islam."
Al-Jazeera's Anita McNaught, reporting from Istanbul, wrote: "This
was the address we had all been waiting for, it hit all the right
notes." "He talked about the contribution of the Islamic faith
in the life of American Muslims and then he personalised that message by
saying 'I know because I am one of them.' It was a message that reached
out to many today...."
Now, Obama, in violation of protocol, is captured in video and still images humbling himself to
the Muslim king of a Muslim country, something no other American leader
has ever done, and a gesture not made to any other foreign leader by
Obama, only Abdullah.
I'm beginning to have doubts that I got it right in that biography.

The Day America Lost the War on Terror |
Ben Shapiro
believes, that on Nov. 4, 2008,
America lost the war on terror. Obama’s feckless,
pathetically apologetic perspective on foreign policy spells the end of
the quest for liberty in the Middle East. It spells the end of America’s
moral leadership in the global war for freedom. And it spells the end of
a hard-fought campaign to protect America.
Our enemies must be
happily celebrating their great good fortune in America’s election of
this platitudinous, morally relativistic, Jimmy Carter carbon copy in
the midst of battle.
On Jan. 26, 2009, Obama granted his first
television interview as president of the United States to Al Arabiya,
the Dubai-based television network part-owned by the Saudi government. In the interview, he demonstrated with the utmost clarity that his
understanding is inversely proportional to his arrogance.
He
started by humbling America before the world. "(A)ll too often the
United States starts by dictating," Obama said, shame for his country
dripping from his lips. "So let’s listen."
There was no call for
the Muslim world, which has sponsored genocide after genocide, terrorist
group upon terrorist group, to listen.
Obama apologized for
President Bush’s "Islamic fascism" terminology, equating Muslim
terrorism with nonexistent terrorism by Jews and Christians: "the
language we use matters. And what we need to understand is, is that
there are extremist organizations -- whether Muslim or any other faith in
the past -- that will use faith as a justification for violence. We cannot
paint with a broad brush a faith as a consequence of the violence that
is done in that faith’s name."
There was no call for the Muslim
world to actively fight terrorism -- honesty is not the Obama
administration’s policy.
Obama repeated the Clintonian line that
the Palestinian Arab-Israeli conflict could be solved by pressing Israel
into negotiations with terrorists -- a foolish conceit that has cost
Israeli and Palestinian lives . He talked about getting rid of
"preconceptions" regarding the Israeli-Arab conflict -- code for embracing
negotiations with Hamas. He pledged to talk with Iran -- on the same day
that Iran’s government spokesman branded the Holocaust "a big lie." He
bought into the Muslim-sponsored notion that the Palestinian
Arab-Israeli conflict lies at the heart of all trouble in the Middle
East. He praised the one-sided Saudi peace plan as an act of "great
courage."
Most sickeningly, Obama openly jettisoned his
constitutional role as the caretaker for America’s national interest.
Instead, Obama posed himself as an honest broker between America and the
Muslim world. " (T)he United States has a stake in the well-being of the
Muslim world, that the language we use has to be a language of respect,"
he said. "I have Muslim members of my family. I have lived in Muslim
countries."
Obama didn’t stop there. He stated that his job is
to speak for the Muslim world, defending them from Americans’ negative
perceptions: "And my job is to communicate to the American people that
the Muslim world is filled with extraordinary people who simply want to
live their lives and see their children live better lives."
No,
Mr. President. Your job is not to communicate to the American people
that the Muslim world harbors us no ill will. That is their job. The
Muslim world must demonstrate with its words and actions that they do
not wish America replaced with an Islamic state. They must demonstrate
that they do not support terrorism against America and our allies.
Your job is to protect and defend the United States of America. That
is your sworn duty.
And you abrogate your sworn duty every time
you go on Arab television stations and apologize for America’s foreign
policy. You abrogate your sworn duty every time you force American
allies to negotiate with terrorists. You abrogate your sworn duty every
time you pledge to protect the interests "not just of the United States,
but also ordinary people who right now are suffering from poverty and a
lack of opportunity" -- the same ordinary people who elect Hamas, prop up
the Ayatollahs, supported the Taliban, recruit for al-Qaida, and live
off of the beneficence of Hezbollah.
Not all Muslims are
"extraordinary people," and the interests of suffering Muslims do not
always align with American interests.
On Nov. 4, 2008, Americans
elected their first international president. They elected a man who does
not seek to preserve American values.
Leftists perceived George
W. Bush as an imperialist for American interests; by the same token,
Obama is an imperialist for "global interests." In a war to save America
from implacable foes, Obama’s Global Interest Imperialism dooms American exceptionalism to the ash heap of history.
With it may go the
last, best hope of Earth.

Pamela Geller Is A Piece Of Work |
She writes, "Imagine if we woke up
tomorrow with a president named Solomon Goldstein. A
President, who for sure lived in and maybe was even born in Israel.
A President, who as a boy went to a very conservative Jewish
religious school in Israel. A President who as soon as he was
elected calls the Israeli PM and promises that a peace the Jews can
live with will soon be implemented. Then in his first
interview as President he sits down with the Jewish Television
Network and apologizes for Americans' past arrogant behavior.
Among other things our new President does first is lecture us that
Zionism is a noble thing and has given the World many wonderful
things and that we all MUST respect Zionism, even if we don’t agree
with it."
"Then when our new President takes his first
foreign trip, it is to Israel to address the Jewish nation.
When first meeting the Israeli PM, he bows to him. Then later
in a press conference with the Israeli PM our new President
proclaims that America is not a Christian nation and then while in
Israel he spends time in several Synagogues and smiles when a Rabbi
points out that his name is the same as one of Israel’s former
kings. When our new President starts pushing for Israel to
become a member of the UN Security Council will anyone complain?"
Replace Islam and Muslim with the above and Barack Hussein Obama has
done all of the above.
bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbingo!
