Fight The Smears Disappears Barack Obama is now hiding his short form Certification of Live Birth.  It appears that Obama has taken down his "Fight the Smears" website.

As the public groundswell surrounding Obama's birth certificate grows, Obama has removed his phony Certification of Live Birth from the Internet.  The one at the link in the "share the fact" box is also gone.  What's really strange is the archived copies in the WayBackMachine, the Internet Archive, are also gone.  Removing those copies required additional steps to remove and should be beyond Obama's reach -- but I guess not.

But guess what?  Obama's published lies are in my cache.  I learned a long time ago that anything Obama sensitive has to be cached, because Obama's Obots will take it down.

What I never noticed before, is the damning statement in the window in the left column, under the legend, "Share the Facts Copy the text below and paste it into your email."  It is also in the banner at the top of the page.

The statement reads (cursor down), "The fact is Barack Obama was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America."

A "native born citizen" is not the same as a "natural born citizen." A "native born citizen" is any person born in the mainland US.  Anchor babies are "native born citizens."

A "natural born citizen" must be born in the mainland US and must have TWO US citizen parents.  Obama knows he had only one US parent.  The man knows he is occupying the Oval Office in violation of the requirements of the US Constitution and applicable Supreme Court caselaw.

By the way, this page, at the bottom, also contains Obama's admission that he was, "at birth," a citizen of Kenya and a British subject.

Then Tells Another Whopper

Obama says he met his wife in class  (00:39)

Barack Obama joined the Chicago law firm, Sidley Austin, as a summer intern in 1989.  That's where he met his future wife,  Michelle Robinson, who was his adviser.

Michelle obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School in 1988.  Obama began Harvard Law School in in the fall of the same year.  They were never at law school at the same time.  This is just another senseless Obama lie to add to the ever-growing list.

A separate issue is, why does Obama tell so many needless lies?  Further down the page is an item about Obama's birthplace.  Obama has personally claimed to be born in two separate hospitals.

What is wrong with him?
Obama's Mythography The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports that Obama's Orwellian rhetoric has become absolutely pathological.  And it's become so blatant that you can almost guarantee that the truth is the exact opposite of what he says.  To wit:

Obama insisted he had no intention of taking over Chrysler and General Motors -- he did.

Obama calls "cap-and-trade" environmental legislation a "market-based" approach, based on "sound science" -- it isn't.

Obama claims his health care reform plan is not "socialized medicine" -- it is.

He claims it won't harm private insurance -- it will.

He claims service won't be rationed -- but to control costs as he proposes, it must be -- even his top aides concede the point.

Obama says he supports "democracy" in Latin America -- how can he? -- he also supports the Marxism of Manuel Zelaya --  legally removed from Honduras' presidency by the constitutional actions of the legislative and judicial branches.

And the examples of Obama's mythography go on and on.

Some will dismiss Barack Obama's pronouncements merely as rhetoric and posturing.  "Everybody does it," they'll say.  "It's politics."

But this is different and decidedly more dangerous:  Obama says one thing and does another and claims things that cannot possibly be.

Whether by delusion or by design, Barack Obama is being dishonest with the American people.  And that is a harbinger of national disaster.
CBO Says Obama Stimulus Is Harmful Obama's economic recovery package will actually hurt the economy more in the long run than if he were to do nothing, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) said Wednesday.

CBO, the official scorekeepers for legislation, said the House and Senate bills will help in the short term but result in so much government debt that within a few years they would crowd out private investment, actually leading to a lower Gross Domestic Product over the next 10 years than if the government had done nothing.

CBO estimates that by 2019 the Senate legislation would reduce GDP by 0.1 percent to 0.3 percent on net.  [The House bill] would have similar long-run effects, CBO said in a letter to Sen. Judd Gregg, New Hampshire Republican, who was tapped by Mr. Obama on Tuesday to be Commerce Secretary.

The House last week passed a bill totaling about $820 billion while the Senate is working on a proposal reaching about $900 billion in spending increases and tax cuts.

But Republicans and some moderate Democrats have balked at the size of the bill and at some of the spending items included in it, arguing they won't produce immediate jobs, which is the stated goal of the bill.

The budget office had previously estimated service the debt due to the new spending could add hundreds of millions of dollars to the cost of the bill -- forcing the crowd-out.

CBOs basic assumption is that, in the long run, each dollar of additional debt crowds out about a third of a dollars worth of private domestic capital, CBO said in its letter.

CBO said there is no crowding out in the short term, so the plan would succeed in boosting growth in 2009 and 2010.

The agency projected the Senate bill would produce between 1.4 percent and 4.1 percent higher growth in 2009 than if there was no action. For 2010, the plan would boost growth by 1.2 percent to 3.6 percent.

CBO did project the bill would create jobs, though by 2011 the effects would be minuscule.
