pr0ix is wanted for breaking into & destroying RTFM.INSOMNIA.ORG (along with unknown hacker "c0n") and also hacking into and defacing a large ammount of sites. pr0ix pleaded guilty to 178 charges temming from August 98 DOS attacks against CNN.com to different cases of unauthorized access to government computers; Using an FBI computer network to hold free on-line conversations; Series of hacker attacks against isp eurocompton.net; Pulling off a DDoS attack on New Year's Eve; Systematically exploiting known Windows NT vulnerabilities to steal customer data, including computers hosting the United States Information Agency and NATO pages on the World Wide Web, and the vice-president of the United States' Web page known as 21stCentury.gov; Hacking into computer systems belonging Sprint Corporation, Southwestern Bell and GTE, illegally obtaining long distance calling card numbers and selling these stolen calling card numbers; Server attack on both Battle.net and Blizzard's web pages; Breaking into private computer systems and extorting victim companies; Damaging the United States Army's web page in Washington, D.C causing plane crash; Launching three denial of service attacks against the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York; Conspiracy to commit telecommunications fraud and computer hacking, a violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 371, 1029(a)(2), 1029(a)(3) and 1030(a)(5); Breaking into two computers owned and maintained by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Jet Propulsion Laboratory ("JPL"), located in Pasadena, California, and using one of those computers to host robots for Internet chat-room #darknet devoted to hacking; Using his home computer to illegally gain access to a number of computers, including those controlled by NASA and an agency of the U.S. Department of Defense, where, among other things, he allegedly intercepted login names and passwords, and intentionally caused delays and damage in communications. These attacks caused damage on over $1 million.

The Rewards For Justice Program, United States Department of State, is offering a reward of up to $250 thousands for information leading directly to the apprehension or conviction of pr0ix.
