PHC Official Response to 
so called "PHC Resolution 001"


	PHC declines any relation and responsibility for the material
published on full-disclosure mailing list by an anonymous person on PHC's
behalf. This document basically instigates to anarchy and disobedience to
the current laws and the government. PHC is not a terrorist organisation and
has no intention of becoming such, therefore we consider that message as
being posted with the only intention of putting PHC and the #phrack@efnet
people in a bad light. PHC and #phrack@efnet targets only the IT security
industry and in NO WAY BY HARMING the victims. PHC is not involved in
politics or anything as such. PHC has no intention of harming anything else
but the IT security industry in the name of non-disclosure.  PHC's official 
announcements are done from official PHC e-mail address (phc@hushmail.com) or 
on the official #phrack@efnet homepage (http://phrack.efnet.ru). Materials 
coming from other sources than the ones above are NOT coming from PHC or 
#phrack@efnet, therefore we kindly ask people to disregard them. We consider
this as a direct act of agression against PHC hence we reserve our right to 
retaliate by ANY means against the person responsible. PHC considers this
material ("PHC Resolution 001") as an attempt to make PHC look bad in the
eyes of all american people.
