Watchman?

If there is a theme to The Littman's book it is this: hackers are the most serious threat to individual privacy in history. To press this theme he downplays, or omits entirely, several instances of corporate eavesdropping and illegal surveillance to which he was privy. He then paints Kevin as the silent watchman, always watching, always listening, a man obsessed with spying on others.

To achieve this goal, Jon uses "facts" gathered from government agents and allies, including Kurt vonBrauch, the phone company investigator who was fired by the Oakland Police Department for lying, and Rob Crowe, the prosecutor who crafted the discredited espionage indictment. And in some cases, The Littman appears to have simply invented the facts himself.

Jon did not attempt to verify any of the claims listed below with Kevin. One of them, however, is actually true. Can you spot it?
