The special price on the CE-232 is strictly for the Kit 
of essential parts, including printed circuit board, loose
IC's and electronic parts, program disk, and a comprehensive,
detailed Assembly, Installation, and Operation Manual.

   (An assembled and tested CE-232 board is available,
    but not at a sale price.  See a file called 
    9_PRICES.TXT for our regular prices and terms.)

The Special price is: US$99.95 + $15.00 S&H (UPS ground) if 
you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Order and prepay in advance, MO, or Certified check, via e-mail, or US mail.
 
2. We will special-order the parts and materials for your 
   Kit and ship the set, including program disk, and 
   detailed Manual, when available; and

3. You agree to a delivery date of 7-to-45 days after
   order and prepayment (we will ship much sooner, if we 
   can manage it - and often we can, not guaranteed); and

4. Delivery to valid street addresses only - NO PO BOXES
   or mail drops - and you must provide valid day and
   night telephone numbers, and

5. You will not return the product for any reason other 
   than replacement for damage in shipping, or at our 
   request under special circumstances determined 
   exclusively by us, and

6. We assure that all specified parts and materials are in 
   the package and will replace any factory-defects within 
   30-days after return, except the 68HC11 microprocessor 
   which is tested and known to be good prior to shipment, 
   and is not warranted, guaranteed, or assured whatsoever, 
   and

7. Limit two products per customer per year at this price.
   No limit on regular pricing or special volume orders, and

8. No refunds; all sales are absolutely final, and

9. This offer expires on the last day of each month, and
    may or may not be renewed.... strictly and solely at our 
    option, without notice either way, despite any existence
    of this file on our servers or our agents' servers,
    or on your computer facilities, and

10. If you accept these terms by purchasing at the Special
    price, then any other terms of sale, including warranties 
    and guarantees, that may be found in the CE-232 Manual 
    and/or in other files and documents are superceded.
