You can use your Realistic TRC-435 40-Channel CB in your vehicle or in
your home.  The built-in 40-channel PLL (phase-locked loop) frequency
synthesizer uses a precise frequency reference crystal for reliable and
exact tuning.  With the right accessories, you can use your CB as a public
address system.  Other features include:

             Digital Channel Display - makes the channel number easy to
                                       read.

                     Squelch Circuit - reduces or eliminates noise between
                                       transmissions.

               External Speaker Jack - lets you connect another speaker to
                                       your CB.

    Switchable Noise-Limiter Circuit - reduces noise caused by nearby
                                       electrical equipment such as motors
                                       or automotive ignition systems.

                     RF Gain Control - prevents RF overloading caused by
                                       strong signals.

                    Emergency Switch - lets you instantly switch to
                                       Channel 9.

          Universal Mounting Bracket - holds your CB securely in place.

                Modulation Indicator - flashes when the CB transmits.

           Antenna Warning Indicator - lights to warn you when your
                                       antenna system malfunctions or is
                                       mismatched.

The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) does not require you to have
a license to operate this CB.  However, the FCC does require you to read
and know Part 95 of FCC Rules.  These rules apply to the operation of a
Class D CB transceiver.
