Ni-Cd/Ni-MH AA Battery Charger

1.  To charge two Ni-Cd or Ni-MH AA batteries, install both into the left
    side of the charging compartment, as indicated by the polarity symbols
    (+ and -) marked inside the compartment, then set the Ni-Cd/Ni-MH
    switch to the appropriate setting.

    Note:  Both batteries must be installed in the same compartment.

    To charge four Ni-Cd or Ni-MH AA batteries, install two batteries into
    each compartment as indicated by the polarity symbols (+ and -) marked
    inside each compartment, then set the Ni-Cd/Ni-MH switch to the
    appropriate setting.

    Caution:  Do not mix battery types.

2.  Plug the charger into a standard AC outlet.  The red indicator lights
    when you are charging Ni-Cd batteries, and the green indicator lights
    if you are charging Ni-MH batteries.

    To fully charge completely discharged batteries, it takes 7 hours for
    Ni-Cd batteries and 12 hours for Ni-MH batteries.

3.  When the batteries finish charging, the indicator turns off.  Unplug
    the charger from the outlet, then remove the batteries from the
    charger.
