Your RadioShack 18V Ni-Cd and Ni-MH Battery Charger charges Ni-Cd (nickel 
cadmium) and Ni-MH (nickel-metal-hydride) batteries.  Designed only for 
RadioShack walkie-talkies, RC cars and other products that specifically 
call for RadioShack Cat. No. 23-249 or Cat. No. 23-349, you can use the 
charger to charge their batteries without removing the rechargeable 
batteries from the product.  (This charger replaces RadioShack Cat. No. 
23-249.)
